Guan Tong saw the website prompt, and he wasn't exactly surprised.

Mind Power was key to overcoming the Apocalypse Rules challenges, a fact many had surely discovered. Therefore, improving it was of utmost importance.

Now, the Apocalypse Rules Countermeasure Research Office was establishing a dedicated academy, which meant the authorities were finally going to put serious effort into this aspect.

But how effective would it be in the form of an academy?

He felt the academy was more like an organization, a gathering of people with high Mind Power.
