Land of Demons

It was already three in the morning when Ming Jing returned from the Temple of Fire. He had only lain down for a short while when a rapid knock on the door woke him.

He opened the door with an unhappy expression and said irritably as he looked at the person outside, "If this isn't an emergency, you're about to learn what the ten great tortures are."

"Prime Minister, urgent news from the Land of Marsh. Moryo's seal has loosened, and a large number of undead creatures have appeared. The Land of Demons is almost unable to hold them back. We currently suspect someone is interfering behind the scenes." Clearly frightened by Ming Jing, the subordinate immediately reported the intelligence.

"Have you informed anyone else?" Ming Jing froze for a moment, his mind gradually clearing.

"We came directly to you and did not inform anyone else," the subordinate said, shaking his head.

"What about the Land of Demons?" Ming Jing quickly changed clothes and asked as he headed outside.

"Th-this... I'm sorry, we can't be certain." The subordinate lowered his head, his voice full of apology.

"Go wake everyone else. We need to make preparations." Ming Jing sighed inwardly. It seemed Konoha had once again received the intelligence before the Prime Minister's Residence. Speaking of which, throughout all of Naruto, Moryo was one of the few who had managed to kill Naruto—even if it had only happened in a prophecy. That alone was enough for Ming Jing to take it seriously. More importantly, he was worried that the world he had crossed into might happen to be the world from that prophecy. That would be troublesome. Naruto would be dead before Kaguya Otsutsuki even appeared! The plot after that would certainly be interesting.
