Qingyang was a little confused. "Report to the Alliance? High-dimensional coordinates?"
He knew every character, but together they sounded so unfamiliar.
[Civilizations are infinite, forms are endless. It has been 145,000 Star Sea years since the last Pan-Human Civilization meeting the criteria for joining the Alliance was discovered.]
[The purpose of the Alliance's establishment is that all Pan-Human Civilizations with membership qualifications are potential kin of the Alliance.]
[When a Pan-Human Civilization is discovered in a Dimensional World, the Star Net will activate the reporting procedure.]
[Upon reporting to the Alliance, the Alliance will dispatch troops. All impacts caused during this period will be counted as the reporter's impact, and the Alliance will provide additional rewards.]
"Confirm report!"
Without hesitation, Qingyang confirmed.
[Accessing--Eternal Truth Fleet, coordinate data with anchor point.]
[Confirmation complete, Alliance forces will arrive in one hour.]
A sense of anticipation inexplicably rose in Qingyang's heart. Fleets qualified to perform missions outside the Alliance were at least T6 Fleets.
He wondered what the configuration of the Alliance army entering the Dimensional World would be.
"Commander, all targets have lost combat capability. It took one hour, total shield damage is 31%, and ship damage is below 2%," Changxi reported.
Qingyang nodded as he watched the last few Chaka warships self-destruct.
If it were three hundred elite warships from a Level 4 High-level Civilization, they could still go head-to-head with the Eternal Fleet.
The Chaka Civilization?
They were just average among Level 4 Civilizations.
The communications officer reminded him, "Commander, the fleet has a scheduled communication program. The Chaka Civilization will react within an hour at most."
Isn't that perfect?
Qingyang was fearless. "It's fine, let them come. It's best if they bring their entire civilization's army."
With his biggest backer about to arrive, Qingyang had nothing to fear.
"Changxi, connect the communication to that Seed Ship," Qingyang suddenly remembered he hadn't met the client yet.
"Connecting communication."
A huge virtual screen unfolded, revealing the Leader and the Stan people, who looked nervous.
Faintly, the wreckage of an octopus mech could be seen near the alloy gate in the distance.
The Leader's heart was currently filled with unease. He had initially thought that a higher civilization wanted to occupy precious resources and thus attacked the Chaka fleet.
He never expected this mysterious fleet to dispatch troops to rescue them.
Unable to comprehend, the Leader could only wait for the mysterious fleet's reaction, only to receive contact from them.
As the image gradually cleared, the Leader and the many Stan people were stunned.
The appearance of the civilization in the screen was incredibly similar to theirs!
No!
There were no pores or skin texture, not even the slightest skin folds, and no visible blood vessels.
Their genetic evolution was clearly far beyond that of the Stan Civilization.
They could vaguely feel a pressure on their will and spirit, as if encountering a superior being.
This was the first time the Leader had encountered a civilization so similar to them!
The young captain with black hair and brown eyes in the image swept his gaze over everyone and nodded, "They are indeed humans. I can't see any differences."
Qingyang spoke in the Alliance Common Tongue, which was the official language of the Alliance. Even if one had never heard it or couldn't speak it, they could understand its meaning.
Although Qingyang found it difficult to comprehend, he figured it was understandable given the Alliance's scale.
The languages of advanced civilizations were definitely different from those of ordinary civilizations.
The Alliance seemed to have a research language where each character could contain a vast amount of data information.
The Leader and the others reacted and quickly bowed slightly. "Greetings, esteemed great being of this powerful civilization. Thank you very much for your rescue. The Stan Civilization has nothing to repay you with. Just name your needs, and we will comply!"
Currently, the most valuable thing the Stan Civilization possessed was themselves.
Qingyang, however, was unconcerned. "There's no need to be polite. Extending a hand to Pan-Human Civilizations in distress is what the Star Sea Human Alliance should do."
Humans?
Was that the general term for beings with their appearance?
Could it be that the group called "humans" was incredibly vast?!
The Leader's thoughts raced. The Stan people behind him also couldn't help but whisper. It was like a group of refugees fleeing disaster suddenly hearing that their homeland was part of a world-dominating power.
The sudden upgrade in their background left everyone a bit bewildered.
"In a while, the Alliance will send troops for an assessment. You don't need to do anything; just go about your own business. If you pass, the Alliance will accept your civilization.
After joining, the Stan Civilization can no longer use its current suffix; it will be replaced by the name of your nation."
After briefly explaining what the Stan people needed to do, a faint smile appeared on Qingyang's face.
"The Stan people have excellent backbone and willpower. I hope to hear about a Stan Nation within the Alliance in the future."
With that, he ended the communication, leaving the Stan people bewildered.
The Leader stared blankly for a long while before suddenly reacting, "Immediately organize personnel to repair the main equipment of the Seed Ship and rescue the injured."
"Understood!"
On Taiyi, Qingyang gleefully opened the Star of Truth panel.
The trait fragments were useless for now, and the incomplete star map could be looked at later.
[Potential Optimization: Spirit Optimization, Data Soul]
[Optimize? (This optimization has no negative side effects and will not affect the Soul Meridians)]
"Confirm!"
[Potential Optimization complete. Expected efficiency of Mental Threshold growth will increase by 10 times, Mental Threshold Strength +2]
[Current Strength: T8 (Perfection +3)]
Qingyang's mind felt ice-cold and clear. The vast amount of item data that he could barely remember before now seemed to be integrated into his memory.
In an instant, he could recall it all.
"It's at least 75% stronger than a normal T8 Perfection Epic Commander's Mental Threshold," Qingyang exclaimed in amazement.
T8 Perfection allowed for the datafication of a hundred ordinary or mid-tier starships, followed by a spirit sublimation to reach the T7 Threshold.
However, a T7 achieved through such sublimation was considered average.
Basically, any ambitious Commander would condense their Threshold to Perfection +2, and a T7 sublimated this way would be stronger than ordinary Commanders of the same level.
Qingyang didn't quite understand the specific advantages.
Qingyang sighed, "Even if they were all high-tier ships, I could datafy forty to fifty of them. Unfortunately, my wallet doesn't support it."
[Truth Points reached 1000, Hall of Truth unlocked]
[Hall of Truth -- (Data corrupted, cannot be expressed)]
[Endless truths lie within. Investing Truth Points will grant Truth feedback, with a very high probability of knowledge or information, and a very low probability of obtaining physical objects]
[Can enter the Hall of Truth once every three years (requires 10,000 Truth Points)]
[Addendum 1: Each investment must be no less than 500 points. The knowledge gained may not necessarily be useful]
[Addendum 2: Any physical objects from the Hall of Truth are extremely powerful. If you have not reached a certain level, it is advised not to use them]
Qingyang pondered for a moment. Randomly granting knowledge, it could be considered strong, or not. What if a Starship Blueprint appeared?
It would be best if it was a T1 type. Even just looking at it would bring him joy.
[Alert! A large number of warship reactions detected in the vicinity, extremely dangerous]
Qingyang closed the Star of Truth panel and went to the control room.
On the star map, dense red dots had completely surrounded the star system. Many of their energy levels were no weaker than Taiyi's flagship.
The strongest warship had reached the Star-Destroyer level, and not just any ordinary Star-Destroyer level.
A planet with a diameter of at least 100,000 kilometers should not be able to withstand that ship's attack.
Changxi immediately reported, "A total of 6,530 enemy ships, including one War Fortress."
Looking at the colossal object that appeared on the screen, Qingyang raised an eyebrow.
"Diameter of about 1,200 kilometers, four-pointed star shape, 100 kilometers high. It truly is a fortress."
Qingyang chuckled, showing no fear.
Because...
[Alliance Military Channel -- High-dimensional channel activated]
[TBC7 Mechanical Legion has entered the designated high-dimensional area, detected Star-Destroyer level reaction, identified as enemy forces]
[God-Hunter War Star -- Online]
