| T4 Fleet | 337 | Promoted into the Alliance’s core fighting force, with 370,230 documented ships, rule-based armaments, and an average rule-characteristic ratio of 125% Spatial Tear and 15% Time Dissolution. |
Background / History
Qingyang founded the fleet after using Fleet Top Position Cards to satisfy the T8 Fleet requirement. He named it Eternal Truth, stating that “caliber is truth” and “firepower is truth,” then received the Eternal Protocol as its defining Commander Talent. The original formation had a Huiyue Type Battleship as flagship and a nominal scale of ten ships. 4
The fleet first displayed its overwhelming advantage in a conflict among four lower-level civilizations. Operating with only five ships, it destroyed more than a hundred warships, intercepted a missile barrage without losses, and forced the opposing forces to recognize it as an outside civilization. 19
Its early growth relied on dimensional-world expeditions, resource acquisition, and continual ship construction. By the time it prepared to enter another dimensional world, it had expanded to six battleships and twenty-one cruisers, excluding the Taiyi flagship. 49
Before its T7 stage, Qingyang sold nearly every older ship except Taiyi and Formation Breaker, rebuilding the fleet around standardized Chichen Battleships and Radiant Type Aircraft Carriers. 106 107 Its subsequent T6 promotion added Star Nest Motherships, large-scale mechanical-ship production, and the capacity to conduct Alliance war trials against entire civilizations. 140 142
After becoming a T5 Gold Fleet, the Eternal entered an Alien Universe, seized control of the Central Star Zone, and established the name Evergreen Star Zone for the surrounding region. It built a rear base, expanded its industrial capacity, and produced tens of millions of mechanical warships for continued exploration. 188 189
Abilities & Capabilities
Datafication and Datafication Shields
The fleet operates through Qingyang’s datafication-based Commander Talent. Its shields judge attacks by quality rather than sheer quantity, allowing them to ignore large volumes of insufficiently powerful fire. 52
- A ship can retain full firepower even when nearly destroyed, provided it has not taken an effective disabling instance of damage. 2
- The fleet’s defenses intercepted a dense missile barrage from four civilizations before any missile reached its ships. 19
- Datafication enables the command and enhancement of mechanical warships and individual combat machines through mothership control systems. 132 180
Eternal Protocol
The Eternal Protocol is the fleet’s unique Venerable Star-quality Commander Talent and its central source of defensive, offensive, and high-dimensional enhancements. 139 180
- Eternal Hull / Immortal Hull — repairs hull and armor, increases maximum shield capacity and shield recovery, and creates a passive shield around Qingyang linked to the fleet’s total shield. 139 180
- Integrated Ship Cannon — increases fleet-wide cannon power and range; weapons and shields can fuse with modules to distribute traits across the fleet. 139 180
- Template Core — converts fleet energy into non-characteristic high-dimensional energy and can transform Rule Polymers into fleet-wide High-Dimensional Templates. 139 180
- At T5, the protocol increased ship-cannon power and range by 30%. 180
Joint Defense and Phasing
The fleet can assemble a Joint Shield whose recovery may exceed the damage output of weaker enemy forces. 19
- After reaching T6, its ships gained instantaneous etherealization, allowing them to phase through non-high-dimensional attacks. 140
- The ability places a heavy burden on Qingyang’s Mental Threshold; at the time of its acquisition, he could sustain high-intensity use for fleets below roughly 3,000 ships. 140
- Star Nest Mothership-controlled mechanical fleets can create their own Joint Shields, though these remain separate from the Eternal Fleet’s primary shield. 132
Mechanical Legion Production
Star Nest Motherships allow the fleet to manufacture, control, and support large mechanical forces in addition to its conventional starships. 132 142
- A mothership can control datafied mechanical ships while also directing vast numbers of conventional mechanical ships. 142
- The fleet deployed 600,000 datafied mechanical warships alongside 2,000 Chichen Battleships against the Dark Spirit Race Fleet. 165
- During its Alien Universe campaign, it produced tens of millions of mechanical warships, including high-intensity combat units. 189
Stellar Dome Mobility
The flagship Eternal possesses the Boundless Stellar Dome template, making it the fleet’s primary strategic-mobility platform. 156 180
- Fleet armaments, Joint Shields, and Star War Star equipment can operate without consuming Star Points, as the template converts absorbed energy into Star Point-like energy. 180
- Stellar Dome Space Channels can transport the fleet to marked locations at a travel efficiency ten times greater than high-dimensional channels. 156 180
- The flagship reduces Qingyang’s Mental Threshold load by 25% and doubles his command influence radius while he commands from aboard it. 156
Rule-Based Armaments
Upon promotion to T4, the fleet gained rule-level offensive capability and became qualified for high-end conflicts across multiple universes. 337
- Its documented average rule-characteristic configuration emphasizes Spatial Tear and Time Dissolution. 337
- At this stage, its armaments are no longer limited to high-dimensional energy effects; they can directly contend with rule-based enemy units. 317 337

Trivia
- The fleet’s name originated from Qingyang’s belief that both “caliber” and “firepower” are forms of truth. 4
- Qingyang sold every Radiant Moon Battleship except the original Huiyue Type Battleship that began the fleet; it remains stored in Mountain Inch Space. 142
- The fleet’s scale reached 34,017 ships at T6 before later expanding to 370,230 documented ships upon its T4 promotion. 259 337
