The Kingdom of Dawn fleet currently assembled at Bilbrin Planet had reached 120 capital ships and 350 Heavy Cruisers! In addition, there were more than 600 escort ships and Light Cruisers, roughly equivalent to half the Northern Fleet involved in this campaign.
Meanwhile, the Galactic Empire fleet defending Bilbrin Planet still had 550 capital ships and more than 2,700 small and medium warships. The Galactic Empire's four major Legions in the Northern Territory—the 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th Armies—had a total of 3,500 capital ships. However, with the 8th Army annihilated, the remaining three Legions had to defend vast stretches of space, so 2,000 of those 3,500 capital ships were deployed to local defense.
At the same time, because the Kingdom of Dawn had dispatched more than 50 capital ships to attack Dantooine on the edge of the Northern Territory, the Empire had no choice but to send 100 capital ships to meet them. The Seventh Legion had also dispatched 40 Imperial-class Star Destroyers in two waves into the Unknown Regions, preparing to harass the rear of Chiss territory.
Thus, as many as 700 capital ships were stationed at the Northern Territory's administrative center, Parlin-Minor Planet. Therefore, the fleet defending Bilbrin Planet under Lieutenant General Dagon-Nilz was effectively about half of the Northern Territory's mobile fleet.
Although Lieutenant General Dagon-Nilz appeared to be on the defensive, with fire support from Bilbrin Planet's local factories and several thousand armed asteroids on the perimeter, giving him an overwhelming numerical advantage, General Trench possessed several super warships on this front: eight Divinity-class battleships, two Titan warships, two Eternal-class Super Carriers, and three Consul-class aircraft carriers.
The Archangel Titan warship in particular was incomparably terrifying. On both of its previous sorties, the Galactic Empire had been forced to gather the strength of its entire
