Outer Rim of the galaxy, Anoat Sector, Hoth System.
The sixth planet in this system was Hoth Planet. Compared with the other planets in the system, Hoth had a breathable atmosphere and barely met the minimum standard for a habitable planet.
However, because Hoth was too far from its star, its surface temperature was extremely low, averaging minus 60 degrees Celsius.
Fortunately, Hoth's three moons generated powerful tidal forces as they orbited it. Moreover, asteroids from a nearby asteroid belt occasionally crashed into the planet, causing intense tectonic activity. This kept the planet's core relatively active and provided a space where life could survive.
Because of Hoth's orbital eccentricity, asteroids generally struck the Southern Hemisphere. By comparison, the Northern Hemisphere possessed habitable conditions.
Within the vast caves formed by crustal activity in the Northern Hemisphere, daytime temperatures could reach minus 30 degrees Celsius. Relatively speaking, it was at least less deadly. A unique fungal spice grew here. Among the many spices in the Milky Way Galaxy, its quality could only be considered somewhat above average, nothing remarkable.
Under normal circumstances, this should have been a rarely visited planet. In fact, it still was.
It was close to Bespin Planet. Aside from a few spice traders from there who occasionally came to gather fungi, virtually no one ever visited.
However, if this universe had not undergone earth-shaking changes because of Tang Xiao's arrival, then more than twenty years later, a famous battle would have erupted here—the Battle of Hoth.
A battle between the Galactic Empire and the Rebel Alliance.
But ever since Tang Xiao had come here and Fourth Civilization had risen, Hoth Planet had begun to show signs of life.
After Bespin Planet fell into Fourth Civilization's hands, Tang Xiao ordered a base established on Hoth Planet, only one light-second
