Tang Xiao established the Fourth Civilization on Endor, built up its colony, and began dealing with the Republic and powerful figures across the galaxy. The arc left the mothership under attack by bounty hunters as Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi remained at the colony.

• Tang Xiao awakened the Kushan Mothership’s crew, founded a settlement on Dawn Star Planet, and discovered that it was Endor, home to Ewoks.
• Tang Xiao captured smugglers, learned that Dawn Star Planet lay in the Star Wars galaxy, and began preparing the colony for political and military threats.
• Tang Xiao founded the Fourth Civilization and Fourth Group, named the settlement Dawn City, and began training the Fourth Legion.
• Tang Xiao traveled to Tatooine with Cun Te and Kunto, where he learned the Skywalker family were enslaved and accepted a job from Hego Damask II to retrieve Semir.
• Cun Te and Tang Xiao rescued Semir from Makito’s forces, and Tang Xiao wounded him rather than letting Cun Te kill him.
• Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi arrived at Endor and met with the colony as Tang Xiao invited them aboard the mothership.
• Three bounty hunter ships attacked the colony’s mining station, and Qi Jian ordered the mothership to combat status as its fighters suffered losses.

Tang Xiao strengthened the Fourth Civilization after the bounty hunters’ attack by honoring the dead, expanding its industry, and recruiting new experts and allies. As weapons deals and political leverage took shape, the Hammerhead cruiser and a dangerous raid on Jabba’s property brought new threats into view.

• Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi helped the Fourth Civilization defeat the pirates near Endor, while Tang Xiao’s crew fought off the Falin woman’s ambush and delivered their data device to Hego Damask II.
• Tang Xiao returned to Dawn Star Planet, learned that the bounty hunters had killed forty-two pilots and crew, and ordered their losses commemorated while expanding fighter, frigate, and industrial development.
• Tang Xiao welcomed Yuri Orlov and later Professor Chi Jianjun, who helped the researchers overcome Wraith fighter problems and plan upgrades for the Blade fighters and Hammer-class frigates.
• Yuri and Vitaly Orlov began selling weapons on Tatooine, where Yuri negotiated an arms deal with Scar and the Bosa gang.
• Cun Te reported that Kunto and others had given Iron Tooth Kuken information about the mothership, while Tang Xiao prepared for the approaching Hammerhead and recruited Semir to advise the Fourth Group on finance and political status.
• Chi Jianjun guided the Hammer-class frigate’s refit and proposed new fighter, colony-construction, and weapons technologies as Tang Xiao confronted the limits of the civilization’s production capacity.
• Scar led the Bosa in a raid on Jabba’s spaceport and took two cylindrical containers, while Cun Te persuaded Suya to help him board Kuken’s cruiser.

Tang Xiao and the Fourth Civilization defeated Kuken’s pirates, captured their cruiser, and began building their society and military around Dawn Star Planet. Meanwhile, Yuri armed Broderick Shale’s gang on Tatooine, where their robberies began with an explosion at the Bonta Night Speeder Race.

• Yuri Orlov and Vitaly escaped with Scarface’s crates while Cun Te sabotaged Kuken’s cruiser and sent its specifications to the Fourth Civilization.
• Kuken launched an assault on the Kushan Mothership, but Tang Xiao’s fighters and frigates counterattacked while Cun Te helped civilians escape and sparked a mutiny aboard the Ironfang.
• Yuri arrived in the Lancer with a Proton Torpedo, and Tang Xiao helped cripple the Ironfang before the Fourth Civilization captured it and rescued Cun Te.
• Tang Xiao executed Kuken and the pirate leaders, sentenced the remaining pirates to mining, and punished Kunto, Feraci, and the other conspirators with linked bomb collars.
• Tang Xiao renamed the Mothership the Glory, welcomed Truda and the Ewoks into the growing community, and attended the Ewoks’ Moonlight Festival before deciding to integrate their tribes.
• Yuri sold heavy weapons and a T-850 to Broderick Shale and Magtan Scar, who planned to rob the Bonta Night Speeder Race, while Tang Xiao organized the Fourth Civilization’s military and business operations.
• Tang Xiao test-flew the CF/A-17 Wraith, approved its weapons and performance, and ordered production to replace the Blade fighter as Chi Jianjun’s team completed more fighters and refitted the captured cruiser.
• Broderick Shale began a wave of robberies on Tatooine, and an explosion struck the Bonta Night Speeder Race starting plaza, throwing a racer and nearby technicians into the air.

Tang Xiao captured Samir Sahad, accepted Darth Plagueis as his Sith master, and endured his first trial while securing support for the Fourth Civilization. He returned to the Endor system, recruited Francis Underwood, and began building the colony’s political and economic foundations.

• Tang Xiao traveled to Kothlis, destroyed the fighters guarding Samir Sahad’s hidden station, and led his team in capturing Samir alive.
• Darth Plagueis demanded that Tang Xiao defeat Samir without killing him, then revealed his Sith identity and forced Tang Xiao to swear loyalty in exchange for training.
• Tang Xiao passed Plagueis’s trial by killing three mercenaries with no firearms, then endured a desert trek to the Endor system.
• Tang Xiao showed Plagueis the Fourth Civilization’s shipyards and colony, offered an undisclosed army, and asked for resources and development assistance.
• After Plagueis’s training, Tang Xiao awakened Francis Underwood and persuaded him to help the Fourth Civilization prepare for the coming civil war.
• Francis Underwood asked Tang Xiao to awaken Claire Underwood and Douglas Stamp and arrange support through Rosana Goodes on Coruscant.
• Tang Xiao arranged training for himself and assigned Cun Te to sell the recovered spice through proper channels and route the proceeds to Francis.
• Tang Xiao ordered Daphne Clement to assemble a team to crack the recovered mainframe and selected Tremi Brad and Marvin Hitz for awakening.
