Li Zhixian awakened Innate Full Spirit Power at age six but made no progress for six years. After leaving his sect without a Soul Ring, he entered the Star Dou Great Forest alone and pursued an Azure Blade Mantis for his first ring 2 300.

He survived the agonizing absorption of a thousand-year first Soul Ring by using his Wine Spirit Martial Soul to heal himself. The process gave him Azure Blade Severance and established the abnormal Soul Ring configuration that became central to his reputation 3 4.

Operating under the masked identity Sword Wine, Li fought in the Great Soul Arena and rapidly became a star competitor. His one-strike victories over opponents including Yu Tianheng drew the attention of Xue Qinghe, the Heaven Dou Royal Team, and hostile forces investigating his identity 17 20.
