Julian celebrated the New Year with the Flame Dragon Kingdom, inspected the completed Flame Dragon Ark, and set out for the New World. After rescuing Scadit in Dressrosa and gathering Devil Fruits, he reached Whole Cake Island for Big Mom’s Tea Party and demanded that four guests identify themselves.

• Tenoch met Robin at the library, promised to reform the Marines, and later joined Noah and Nock in learning swordsmanship under Herbert.
• Julian and Herbert delivered gifts and money to the Orphanage and other communities, then Julian celebrated New Year’s Eve with the Flame Dragon Kingdom’s residents and guests.
• At the kingdom’s gala, the Shandia Warriors performed the Drum and Dance of Liberation, Doria and the children entertained the crowd, and the Flame Dragon School students demonstrated Rokushiki.
• Julian inspected the completed Flame Dragon Ark on Sky Island, ordered Gan Fall to build a Pluto warship, and departed for the New World with Alice and Galette.
• The Flame Dragon Ark crossed the Red Line and stopped at Dressrosa, where Julian saved Princess Scarlett from pirates and met Riku King and his family.
• Julian’s crew found several Devil Fruits in Dressrosa, then set course for Whole Cake Island while Julian urged Herbert to master Conqueror’s Haki Entanglement.
• Julian arrived at Whole Cake Island for Big Mom’s Tea Party, where he gave Charlotte Linlin a Choco Choco Fruit and demanded that four bearded guests reveal whether they were the King of Assassins or the King of Slaves.

Julian defeated Big Mom, staged the destruction of the Kozuki Pirates, and then battled Kaido in Wano, awakening his Devil Fruit. He seized Wano’s resources and the ancient weapon Pluto, then brought it to Mary Geoise to meet the Gorosei.

• Julian defeated Big Mom on Whole Cake Island, publicized the victory, and agreed to hunt the Kozuki Pirates in exchange for a Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit.
• Julian staged the deaths of Kozuki Bull-Horse and the Kozuki Pirates, then had Morgans publish the fabricated victory as news.
• Julian confronted Kaido above Wano, and their battle left Julian near death before his Devil Fruit awakened and restored him.
• Herbert fought Kaido after Julian fell, but Kaido defeated him, prompting Julian to return and defeat Kaido himself.
• Julian invaded Wano, killed Kurozumi Orochi, took Seastone and Devil Fruits, and widened the waterfall to reveal Pluto.
• Herbert retrieved Pluto, and Julian departed for the Holy Land while Kaido recovered and began teaching Wano’s ways across the seas.

Julian exposed the World Government’s crimes to the world, declared the Flame Dragon Empire, and prepared to fight the government while helping civilians and welcoming allies. The arc left Julian’s children developing their Mythical Zoan powers and Yamato awakening her Conqueror’s Haki under Kaido’s training.

• Julian clashed with the Gorosei and Holy Knights at Pangea Castle, rescued Gion and Tenoch, and escaped Imu’s attacks aboard the Flame Dragon Ark.
• After returning home, Julian began a worldwide broadcast that revealed the God Valley massacre, Heavenly Gold oppression, the planned Patrila massacre, Ohara’s destruction, human experiments, and the erased Giant Kingdom.
• Julian declared the Flame Dragon Empire and a war of liberation, while the World Government’s forces advanced and public resistance spread across the Sea.
• Julian ordered Morgans to publicize the beatings of Saint Garling and Saint Roswald, prepared to move the battlefield to Long Ring Long Land, and accepted several D Clan members into his forces.
• Julian rescued civilians from the Flame Pirates in Lulusia Kingdom, then assigned Dragon and the Revolutionary Army to protect people from pirates exploiting the chaos.
• Julian reunited with Hancock and Nottan, brought them to the Flame Dragon Empire, and welcomed Nottan into his family alongside his many siblings.
• Julian’s children revealed their Mythical Zoan forms as he explained their powers and prepared the Yamata no Orochi Fruit for the Kuja.
• Kaido removed Yamato’s explosive shackles and trained her, and Yamato awakened her Conqueror’s Haki to withstand his pressure.

Julian forced the World Government to cede territory and returned to the Flame Dragon Empire, where his children began school and Nore ate the Nika Fruit. Herbert recovered the pure gold and rescued Olga, while Julian prepared to treat White Lead Disease patients and establish a research institute.

• Julian forced Steel Bone Kong and the World Government to withdraw from Long Ring Long Land and cede the middle and former half of the Grand Line, promising to release the captive Celestial Dragons five years apart.
• Herbert rescued Perona and brought the Nika Fruit to Julian, and Nore chose to eat it despite Julian’s warnings.
• Julian sent his children to Flame Dragon School, where Rayleigh welcomed them and Stussy introduced the Elite Class to the Empire’s Will of Fire.
• Julian sent Herbert and Tesoro to retrieve pure gold from a giant lanternfish, and Herbert killed the creature and found Alchemi Island inside its stomach.
• Julian ordered Doflamingo to send Fal D. Law to the Empire and Rose to make Constitution Potions for arriving White Lead Disease patients.
• Herbert brought Olga and Dr. Ashiye to Julian, who cured Olga with a Constitution Potion, offered her a place at school, and ordered a research institute built.
