Julian used the Reverie to strengthen the Flame Dragon Kingdom’s ties, then raided Celestial Dragon vaults and reunited with Hancock and their son. After helping Kuma’s family and rescuing captives, he returned home with Rayleigh and Shakky, ready to expand the kingdom and face new developments.

• Julian confronted Sakazuki at Marineford, then won the visiting kings’ support by offering weapons, trade, and protection while paying Kizaru and the Marines generously.
• At the Reverie, Julian offered firearms and Devil Fruit trades, defended his actions against Sakazuki, and gained the Gorosei’s approval for striking him.
• Julian met Rayleigh and Shakky, learned more about God Valley, and convinced them to help him challenge the World Government and build a new nation.
• Julian infiltrated the Roswald and Kamael family vaults, stealing numerous Devil Fruits, valuable techniques, weapons, and treasure before leaving the Holy Land undetected.
• Julian reunited with Hancock on Amazon Lily, named their son Kate Nottan, promised to protect the island, and gave Eley the Terror Crane fruit to strengthen its defenses.
• Kuma and Ginny welcomed their daughter Bonney, while Revolutionary Army members set out to visit them and Lulu Xiu asked to join the army.
• Julian defeated the Sea Dragon Pirates, freed their captives, took their treasure and Devil Fruit, and returned to the Flame Dragon Kingdom with Rayleigh and Shakky.
• Julian ordered Pablo to refund affiliated kingdoms, fund the Flame Dragon School, investigate spies, and appoint Rayleigh principal, then learned that Linlin had saved Kuma and other slaves at God Valley.

Julian expanded the Flame Dragon Kingdom’s schools, forces, and family while Lucci began his Marine career under Garp. The arc ended with Kaido declaring war and attacking Marine Headquarters, where he battled Garp, Sengoku, and other Marines.

• Julian gave Bonney the Mythical Zoan Angel Form fruit, then returned to Sky Island and reunited with Alice and their children.
• Julian strengthened the kingdom’s Giant Warriors, Divine Guards, and other forces by training them and distributing Devil Fruits.
• Julian opened Flame Dragon School, assigned its teachers, and delivered a speech urging the students to treat friends and family gently and enemies ruthlessly.
• Julian began a relationship with Stussy, then brought the awakened Lunarian hybrid Luna home and introduced her to his family.
• Julian welcomed Trega and Galette as part of a marriage alliance, while Morgans published edited propaganda that angered Big Mom.
• Dragon brought Lucci to Garp, who welcomed him into the Marines, and Lucci impressed the Elite Camp by defeating several students in sparring matches.
• Julian ordered the Dragon Generals to seize Heavenly Gold as Kaido announced war against the Navy, the World Government, Whitebeard, and the Flame Dragon Kingdom.
• Kaido attacked Marine Headquarters and fought Garp, Sengoku, Kizaru, and Aokiji, then pursued Kizaru with Gozanze: Indra.

Julian fought Kaido, returned to Sky Island to care for his growing family, and purged corruption from the Flame Dragon Kingdom. When the World Government ordered Ohara’s destruction, Julian’s forces arrived to help survivors, and Reg and Gatlin destroyed the Marine fleet pursuing them.

• Garp and Sengoku battered Kaido at Marine Headquarters, but Kaido escaped, and Julian prepared the Flame Dragon Kingdom for his return.
• Julian gave Devil Fruits to his children, then visited Marine Headquarters, where Kaido attacked and Julian defeated him after threatening Wano and the Beasts Pirates.
• Julian returned to Sky Island, met his newborn son Noyan, rescued Nock from the Cloud Canal, and began training Noah after discovering his Conqueror’s Haki.
• Julian learned that officials had betrayed the Flame Dragon Kingdom, ordered a purge of corrupt officials, and sent Herbert, Pierre, and the Ten Sky Generals after slave-trading and assassin organizations.
• After the World Government ordered a Buster Call on Ohara, Julian sent Fujitora, Giant warriors, Fish-Man warriors, and Revolutionary Army forces to help the island.
• The Marines devastated Ohara, Saul urged Robin to live, and Aokiji entrusted Robin to Kuma as Dragon’s forces arrived to search for survivors.
• Reg and Gatlin pursued the Marine fleet, destroyed all ten warships with a combined attack, and Gatlin struck Akainu into the sea.

Julian protected Morgans, defeated Golden Lion Shiki, and brought the news agency into the Flame Dragon Kingdom as its influence grew. The arc ended with Robin sharing Ohara’s preserved knowledge with Tenoch and forming a friendship with him.

• Fujitora rescued Dr. Mikasa and Mei from Ohara, while Saul set out for Elbaf and newspapers revealed Sakazuki’s attack on refugee ships and the Marines’ scandal.
• Dr. Mikasa joined Dragon’s fight against the World Government, and Julian welcomed the Ohara survivors while dispatching allies to build support across the Four Seas.
• Herbert reported that his forces had destroyed assassin and slave-trading bases and freed nearly fifty thousand slaves, while Julian reached the Great Swordmaster realm.
• Julian rescued Morgans from Golden Lion Shiki, defeated Shiki in a broadcast duel, and buried him after the Float-Float Fruit’s soul possessed a cantaloupe.
• Morgans accepted Julian’s offer to establish his news agency in the Flame Dragon Kingdom, where Julian promised funding and protection for independent reporting.
• Gion visited Julian with Tenoch, and Julian supported her recruiting efforts while Tenoch declared his wish to become King of the Marines and reform them.
• Julian introduced Gion to his family, arranged a family portrait, and prepared the kingdom’s New Year’s celebrations as relatives, soldiers, and warriors arrived.
• Tenoch found Robin studying Ohara’s preserved books in the school library, asked her to explain their knowledge, and became her friend.
