During her early transformation, Qingli was taught by an unnamed human Daoist who recognized her spirituality and urged her toward the path of a spiritual demon. Before meeting Lin Le, Qingli had reached the limit of Form Transformation and possessed a Spirit Grade bloodline, though it was only that of a low-grade Profound Water Yin Python. She hid in a well while avoiding a flood dragon, finding cultivation on land difficult without water veins. 42 62
