Background / History

Lin Le was born to Lin Chang'an, a scholar and first-layer Huangting cultivator. After learning the truth of his birth and escaping the destruction of his family, he survived alone while disguised in coarse clothes and armed with a dagger. His parents were killed by the fox cultivator Tu Shanling, making vengeance the central purpose of his early cultivation. 1 57

At fourteen by the lunar calendar, Lin Le entered the White Ape Martial Arts School. Though judged to possess medium-to-low-grade Bone Structure, he displayed extraordinary memory and martial comprehension, learning the White Ape Shoulder-Hunching Fist in a day and rapidly mastering the White Ape Spear.
