Background / History

Zhuang Xin began as a poorly paid office worker whose manager, Liu Xiang, routinely used him for errands and denied his leave request. He planned to resign, but his life changed after a mistaken blind date, a traffic accident, and an assault by his former classmate Li Yao. While badly injured, he activated the Background System and received his first two backgrounds and the Ultimate Fighting Technique 1 2.

The system’s physical enhancement healed injuries that had appeared severe, including a fractured waist bone. It also transformed his body and appearance. After awakening in the hospital, Zhuang Xin learned that his father’s bloodline had connected him to the Zhuang family and that he was considered its only male heir 3.

Zhuang Xin was subsequently given control of multiple businesses and assets intended to train him in management, including Shuangjia Group, Longxue Brewery, New World Mall, undeveloped land, and a leased sea area. The land and sea area became the foundation for his Biyue Bay Summer Resort project 4 7 19.

His new status brought him into conflict with both relatives and former acquaintances. When cousin Cheng Huai stole his family’s White Jade Chess set and bank card, Zhuang Xin recovered the property, refused to ignore the theft, and later barred Cheng Huai from his businesses while offering Xu Chi work on the resort instead 15 16.
