Arc 1Academy’s First Year

Takeda Shuichi used the Ninja Growth System to train, earn a place at the top of Konoha’s Elite Class, and build friendships while learning the basics of being a ninja. By the end of the stretch, he had mastered several Academy techniques and defeated Asuma in the class’s first simulated combat.

  • Takeda Shuichi transmigrated into Konoha as an orphan and activated the Ninja Growth System, then chose to pursue a future as a research ninja.

Arc 2Shuichi’s First Mission

Shuichi graduated early, became Orochimaru’s disciple, and developed his combat skills while navigating Konoha’s expectations and helping Kakashi confront his father’s legacy. The arc ended with Shuichi leading Orochimaru on his first mission beyond the village to track a band of Rogue Ninja.

  • Shuichi defeated Kakashi in a match, then watched him graduate early and began improving his Chakra control through tree climbing.

Arc 3The Joint Chunin Exam

Shuichi completed his first mission with Orochimaru, earning a fortune and uncovering a plot to steal iron ore. He joined Konoha’s team for the Joint Chunin Exam, passed its written stage with Sarutobi Kohei and Hyuga Akiha, and prepared to enter the Forest of Death.

  • Shuichi and Orochimaru tracked Amaru’s Missing-nin group to Rock Mountain City, where Shuichi’s staged bandit attack exposed them and led to a clash involving Banbi.
  • Shuichi lured Amaru and Yudō away, captured them in a swamp, and learned they had massacred villagers to mine iron ore before finding Chakra Metal on their bodies.
  • Shuichi and Orochimaru sold the ore for 5.5 million ryo, then returned to Konoha as Shuichi spent some of his earnings on gifts and promised to help his friends grow stronger.

Arc 4Forest Trials and Preliminaries

Shuichi’s team survived the Forest of Death, disrupted Sunagakure’s effort to control the Second Stage, and reached the Third Exam. The preliminaries began with several decisive fights, ending this stretch with Shuichi facing Sunagakure’s puppeteer Tekki.

  • Shuichi’s team entered the Forest of Death, defeated Hirama’s Kusagakure squad and Yazo’s Sunagakure team, and took their scrolls while leaving the defeated Genin alive.
  • Shuichi’s team reached the Central Tower in record time, gave Mokui’s team scrolls, and summoned Sanada Tomohisa, who taught them about the responsibilities of a Chunin.
