Background / History

Madam Qian studied under Chen Tingchan, once Huaxia's foremost Esper. On his recommendation, she learned secret methods at Emei, Wudang, Longhu, and Quanzhen, then later attended Miskatonic University alongside figures including Professor Almoqi and Menex. After Chen Tingchan died on duty, she left the mountains and took charge of Huaxia's Esper affairs. 622
