The moment Benny saw Norman Osborn, he felt that things might become troublesome.

This man was no pushover.

Still, Benny was not all that surprised by Norman's appearance.

He wanted to work with Harry and needed so much funding. Something this big could not possibly have been kept from Norman Osborn. No matter how little he valued Harry, he was still Harry's father.
