Death of the High Evolutionary (Part 1)
Following Peter and Mrs. Fulmin. Forming, the others arrived one after another.
Outside the High Evolutionary laboratory, a crowd gathered around High Evolutionary, ready for battle.
"Sleep now, you are exhausted."
The Mantis clung to the shoulder of the High Evolutionary, her mental power constantly invading the High Evolutionary's brain, controlling its mind and giving it suggestions.
But she became increasingly exhausted.
As time went on, the illusions she constructed within the High Evolutionary brain began to show more and more flaws.
Only a dozen seconds have passed since the High Evolutionary was controlled.
"His spirit is so strong!"
The Mantis growled in a low voice.
That's enough time.
John rushed into the laboratory and carried Karen, who was still awakening her powers, out of the lab.
Otto, not seeing the Green Goblin and the Vulture, quickly asked, "Where are the others?"
"Going to help Blumley."
The top of the castle.
The Green Goblin and the Vulture swooped down, attacking Kraven like eagles.
They originally belonged to the evil camp, but in this world, the Green Goblin and the Vulture went their separate ways. Only Kraven seemed unchanged, except for his love of money.
Under the combined attack of the Green Goblin and the Vulture, he was quickly defeated, and then the Vulture grabbed his shoulder and carried him thousands of meters into the air.
"What... what do you want to do?"
As he watched the buildings below gradually disappear into the clouds, Kraven panicked completely.
"You are a human, yet you work for the orcs and harm your own kind," the Vulture said angrily as it flew.
"You despicable bastard!"
"He deserves to die!"
He didn't even know if he was cursing Kraven or himself.
"Wait, wait, I apologize."
Kraven in this world was a complete spineless coward, immediately pleading, "Just let me go, and I'll give you anything you want!"
I'll give you all my money!
"Take your filthy, stinking money and go to hell with you!"
The Vulture released its grip.
Thousands of meters above the ground, Kraven plummeted vertically without any support, disappearing into the clouds.
After doing all this, the Vulture flapped its wings and flew back to the top of the castle, where Blumley was already installing the diffusion device.
"Pre-emptive statement."
He said, "Once this device is activated, most of the orcs will begin to degenerate and revert to their original wild beasts. However, this is only temporary. Your transformations will also disappear."
"I can't wait to turn back into my old self, Blumley."
The Green Goblin's eyes seemed to be filled with tears.
"But I wonder, will the High Evolutionary also be affected?"
"If the diffusion device can also diminish his power, then all the problems will be solved."
"According to Connors, it's difficult," Blumley recalled Connors's words and explained, "Because the serum sample is merely an extract from the evolution of ordinary orcs, so it only works on experimental subjects before the High Evolutionary."
"Later, after the other side obtained Spider-Man's device, they gained even greater power, making the serum much less effective against them."
So, we're the ones who've actually been weakened?
The Vulture was taken aback.
If that's the case, then what's the point of having this medicine?
Will it weaken our combat capabilities?
"Of course, it's to deal with the fighting power of tens or even hundreds of thousands of orcs," Blumley said.
There are so many orcs in the whole of New York City, and each orc has great power that no human can fight against.
Once the final battle begins, those orcs, when gathered together, will be a force that the other side cannot contend with.
"So how do we defeat the High Evolutionary?"
"We can only rely on Spider-Man and the Galactic Plumbers."
Blumley said unwillingly.
Although he was unwilling, he knew that no one else could do it besides them.
By this time, Blumley had finished installing the equipment and turned to look at Kit and the other two, "Ready?"
"Hurry up!"
Boom!!!
As Blumley pressed the button, a green light instantly rose into the sky, condensing into a huge dark cloud over Kante New York City, which continued to churn until it spread throughout the entire city.
Green lightning flickered in and out of the clouds.
At this moment, all the orcs in New York were somewhat confused by this sudden change in weather.
Many orcs looked up at the sky, puzzled, "This awful weather, it wasn't supposed to rain."
They had barely spoken a few words when the rain mixed with serum began to pour down on them. In an instant, the orcs, soaked by the rain, seemed to lose their minds, their eyes becoming clouded.
Some even underwent significant degeneration, bending their upright legs and crawling on their stomachs, becoming complete wild beasts.
Even orcs that are not wet from the rain will be affected by the moisture in the air, becoming weak, especially their brains, which will become very sluggish.
"Attention all Rebel Army! Beware of those rampaging beasts!"
Blumley, soaked to the bone, made contact with the other Rebel Army.
Beside him, the Green Goblin, Vulture, and Kit, all mutated due to the Ram Knight experiment, were undoubtedly also affected by the serum.
The Green Goblin's green skin faded, and its bat-like wings disappeared.
It was only at this moment that Blumley realized he recognized him.
"It's you?"
So you're the Green Goblin!
This comrade, who had once been a member of the Rebel Army, disappeared without a trace one day. Blumley always thought that the other party had given up the fight, but he never expected that his former comrade had always been by his side.
"I finally... I finally..."
The Green Goblin looked at his hands and wept bitterly, "I'm finally not a monster anymore! I can go back to Naoko and Saiyan!"
"And you, Kit!"
"Your body is back!" Blumley looked at Kit's skin beneath the bandages, overjoyed for the child.
Although they were the Ram Knight ' test subjects, they used the same experimental extraction agents.
"You are no longer monsters. From today onwards, there will be no more monsters!"
The Vulture wasn't so optimistic. He pondered for a moment and said, "That is, the High Evolutionary is defeated."
"What's with this heavy rain? I feel my strength waning..."
In a corner of the city, the Ram Knight felt his brain spinning. The experiment, which had been clear before, now seemed like an incomprehensible book.
"That's the potion that guy invented. You'd better transform quickly, or my partner will just be a ram."
"Rampage Ben said."
"I was originally planning to find a test subject first, but it looks like it's too late now!"
The Ram Knight reluctantly plunged a vial of potion into his vein.
