After Rimuru sealed Velgrend, she absorbed Veldora’s power and completed her evolution. Mo Li summoned the Demon Lords to a banquet on his newly created Sky Island, where the invited group gathered with Rimuru and Morax.

• Rimuru challenged Rudra to invade the Federation if he wanted to rescue Velgrend, and Rudra vowed to defeat her and reclaim his sister.
• Rimuru returned to the Federation and told Veldora that Velgrend was sealed inside her Stomach Space, prompting his delight and then despair when he learned where she was held.
• Rimuru, Mo Li, and their allies decided to move Velgrend to a sealed cave and let Ciel analyze Veldora so Rimuru could grow stronger.
• Velgrend nearly self-destructed inside Rimuru’s Stomach Space, but Mo Li’s contingency suppressed her while Ciel analyzed Veldora and Rimuru evolved.
• Mo Li summoned the Demon Lords to a banquet to address hidden dangers, and Rimuru prepared additional allies in case the gathering turned hostile.
• Mo Li created Sky Island and its white palace above the Federation as the venue for the banquet, while Rimuru organized the preparations.

At a gathering of Demon Lords, Mo Li stopped Guy and Milim’s quarrel and revealed he could help Ramiris recover, though the solution would come at a price.
