Ch. 1843Newbie

Wenren Sheng discovered that the Interstellar Merchants were real Aliens, while Alien C entered the human world to investigate its early production of Origin Energy. After joining the Script Game, Alien C was swindled by a player and left naked at the village entrance.

  • Wenren Sheng used the Measuring Heaven Ruler to confirm that the spacetime trading points existed in the Main World, then decided to possess a robot and investigate.
  • A, B, and C discussed Experimental Site No. 13's rapid Origin Energy production and agreed that C would enter the human world to investigate.
  • Alien C possessed a dog, followed its scent to find hidden food in Player B's home, and put on an unfamiliar helmet while Wenren Sheng watched through a robot.
  • Alien C entered the Script Game and realized that its world was formed from immense amounts of Origin Energy.
  • A male player persuaded Alien C to pawn his clothes and sign promissory notes, then took all his resources and left him naked at the village entrance.

Ch. 1844Ring World

Alien C discovered that people in the virtual world released source energy upon death and escaped into the world where Wenren Sheng lived. He met Wenren Sheng and identified their world as the Ring World, claiming it had been created in Wenren Sheng’s dream.

  • Alien C was tricked into slavery, then bought and treated lavishly by a young master who hired him to assassinate the County Magistrate.
  • Alien C killed the County Magistrate, saw source energy rise from the body, and found a diary suggesting the virtual world was collecting energy from the dead.
  • After fleeing the authorities, Alien C met Player B, learned the Desireless Heart Sutra, and used it to enter heaven and earth and find a passage out of the virtual world.
  • Alien C emerged as a fish before Wenren Sheng, called him the creator of the Mother World, and named his own world the Ring World.

Ch. 1845Misfortune and Blessing Intertwined

Wenren Sheng agreed to let Little Illusion visit the aliens’ Mother World after they offered a gift, and she won the crew over with her appetite for entertainment. The aliens left Earth with her, while the lifespan trade they had introduced drove social upheaval and uncontrolled industrial production.

  • Wenren Sheng learned that the fish’s universe was nearing Heat Death and that restarting it required source energy equivalent to three billion Miscellaneous Source Crystals.
  • The fish returned to the Script Game and discovered that the Housekeeping Robot had placed its helmet on a dog.
  • Alien C told A and B that he had found God, and Little Illusion emerged from his head and demanded food and entertainment.
  • Little Illusion spent nine days eating and playing aboard the spaceship, then agreed to visit the aliens’ Mother World.
  • The aliens departed Earth with Little Illusion, while people traded manufactured goods for lifespan and society shifted toward inheritance disputes and industrial overproduction.

Ch. 1846Production Boom

Earth’s economy boomed as unlimited Dinar-backed demand drove production, wages, and GDP to unprecedented heights, while pollution and energy shortages worsened. Meanwhile, Little Illusion and Wenren Sheng reached the Alien Spaceship’s frozen Mother World, where they learned the cold was mysterious in nature and Little Illusion discovered even she could be overwhelmed by it.

  • Businesses across Earth ramped up production, gave workers most of the profits, and drove rapid GDP growth as people chased enough Dinars to live forever.
  • After a year of frantic expansion, energy shortages and blackouts constrained production, while pollution concerns were ignored by workers and business owners eager to earn more.
  • Little Illusion followed the Alien Spaceship through a wormhole to its Ice and Snow World, and Wenren Sheng realized the aliens relied on Earth goods because their home was too harsh for production.
  • Alien A explained that the Mother World sustained the aliens’ immortality, while Alien B said its Mysterious Realm cold could only be resisted with source energy.
  • Little Illusion explored the freezing world, became a fluffy Big Dog, and was surprised that the cold could overwhelm even her; Wenren Sheng suspected Principal Ice Wall was responsible.

Ch. 1847Divine Artifact Forging

Wenren Sheng agreed to bring spring to the Ring World and turned his attention to defeating the Disaster Anomaly Principal. He planned to forge a living divine artifact capable of sealing it and searched the Patrol Division’s archive for a suitable person.

  • Little Illusion asked Wenren Sheng whether to accept the aliens’ offer of food, drink, and entertainment in exchange for spring, and he agreed.
  • Wenren Sheng concluded that solving the source of the cold meant confronting the Disaster Anomaly Principal, while reflecting that he could not directly observe the true Main World.
  • Little Illusion spotted the words “What can you do?” covering the ice, and Wenren Sheng told her to transform into KuluLu to threaten the beings behind them.
  • Wenren Sheng decided to forge a living divine artifact that could adapt to the Disaster Anomaly Principal’s methods and seal it.
  • Wenren Sheng opened the Patrol Division’s personnel archive and reviewed Gong Ranxuan, Tang Haifan, Ran Yin, and other candidates, but found shortcomings in each.

Ch. 1848Civilization V

After failing to find any individual capable of sealing the Disaster Anomaly Principal, Wenren Sheng decided he needed to create a powerful fusion civilization. On a primitive grassland, Lu Yan received the Civilization V system after surviving alone for ten years, then followed its prompt to a cannibal settlement.

  • Wenren Sheng searched databases across multiple worlds for someone who could seal the Disaster Anomaly Principal but found no suitable candidate.
  • Wenren Sheng interpreted a mysterious voice as guidance to use a scientific system and concluded that he needed to create a self-sustaining fusion civilization.
  • Lu Yan received the Civilization V system after surviving for ten years on a primitive grassland dating back 350,000 years.
  • Lu Yan followed the system's arrow toward the nearest population settlement and stumbled upon a Cannibal Race's dinner party.

Ch. 1849Worship

Lu Yan founded a Civilization from a Cannibal Race tribe and chose Ocean Civilization, then guided it through thousands of years of growth. When technological progress stalled, worship of his statues began granting people usable energy, and religions across the Civilization proclaimed him their one true God.

  • Lu Yan used his cheat to build a Civilization from the Cannibal Race tribe and became its immortal Civilization Leader.
  • Lu Yan chose Ocean Civilization, then expanded his settlement through workers, soldiers, new towns, and absorbed tribes.
  • Over thousands of years, Lu Yan's Civilization spread across the continent and surrounding oceans, reaching technology roughly equivalent to 1900 before its technology tree went dark.
  • Lu Yan ordered the nations to build wonders as statues of him, and people discovered that worshipping the statues granted them a versatile energy.
  • Religions changed their doctrines to worship Lu Yan as the one true God, while the people gave him numerous titles.

Ch. 1850Darkness God

In an industrial city, factory owners used enormous statues to harvest the power workers gained by praying to the Light God. At a workers’ gathering, a cloaked man declared that the poor’s true god was the Darkness God, and the workers embraced his words.

  • Factory workers prayed to the Light God before each shift while the statue’s owner collected the power they produced.
  • Workers at a private gathering complained that factory owners stole the strength their prayers gave them and discussed refusing to worship so devoutly.
  • A worker explained that the church protected women and children while men endured harsher exploitation and had few chances to marry or escape poverty.
  • A cloaked man told the workers that the Light God served the rich and that the poor’s god was the Darkness God.
  • The workers agreed that the Darkness God was their god and voiced their longing for sunlight, families, and dignity.

Ch. 1851Reproduction

The Black Cloaked Man converted the workers to the Darkness God by granting them monstrous new limbs and strength, while Priest Laurent and other priests debated improving workers’ lives to increase divine power and the population. A noble priest opposed them with a prophecy that people would have fewer children once they became prosperous, leaving the assembly stunned.

  • The Black Cloaked Man told the workers to pray to the Darkness God, and several began asking for power and better lives.
  • A one-armed worker grew a powerful, monstrous replacement arm, and the Black Cloaked Man explained that darkness had given it to him.
  • More workers received dark blessings, and their worship grew as they contrasted darkness’s direct gifts with the light’s power being taken by the ruling class.
  • Priest Laurent argued that workers deserved better conditions and warned that uprisings were doubling each year, while a noble priest dismissed their chances against divine Knights.
  • Catherine Bishop and other priests supported improving workers’ lives so they would have more children and generate more divine power.
  • The noble priest cited a prophecy that prosperous people would limit childbirth to preserve their comforts, leaving the other priests bewildered.

Ch. 1852Rebellion

Workers across the kingdom rebelled against their masters, destroying factories and killing guards with Darkness Power as the church and nobles delayed intervention. Factory owners began discussing a joint guard force while suspecting the church intended to acquire their land.

  • Churches and palaces debated whether improving workers’ conditions and offering child subsidies would increase the population.
  • Workers revolted after a factory master withheld three months of wages, and Freddy arrived to demand they surrender their leader.
  • The workers used Darkness Power to kill Freddy and overwhelm the factory’s bodyguards, while similar uprisings spread and Darkness Divine Palaces appeared.
  • A factory master complained that the workers had destroyed his factory, and a receptionist reminded him that he had cast out most of his sons.
  • Factory owners suspected the church was waiting to buy their land cheaply and proposed that each family contribute elite bodyguards to form a Guard Team.

Ch. 1853Rampage Beast

The workers’ uprising defeated the nobles and King after the Rampage Beasts turned the tide, but the transformed fighters were later shunned and imprisoned. The Black Cloaked Man showed one imprisoned Rampage Beast that its family had been abandoned, stirring its doubts about the promises made to it.

  • The factory owners formed the Light Defenders, who executed 3,025 workers and destroyed 8,888 statues, but the workers responded by creating Rampage Beasts with Darkness Power.
  • The Rampage Beasts inflicted heavy losses on the guards, and the workers seized factories while sparing salesmen and confidants to keep selling goods.
  • Factory owners split between cooperating with workers and supporting the nobles and King; the cooperative faction prevailed, and the nobles and King were overthrown and executed.
  • After workers received promises of better living conditions, the uprising subsided, while Rampage Beasts and their families were shunned and imprisoned.
  • The Black Cloaked Man visited an imprisoned Rampage Beast and showed it its wife and children begging for alms, revealing that the promised support had not reached them.

Ch. 1854Sealing Art

Lu Yan’s uncontrolled Darkness Power produced a Rampage Beast that threatened to destroy his Civilization, forcing him to issue welfare reforms and seek a way to contain it. The priest Mondell developed a Sealing Art that held the beast for increasingly long periods, giving Lu Yan hope that his game could continue.

  • A Rampage Beast escaped and rampaged through the city, growing stronger as Darkness Power gathered around it.
  • Lu Yan issued a Divine Edict ordering the beast’s extermination and reforms to improve citizens’ welfare and working conditions.
  • Religious leaders enforced the reforms, while factory owners resented them and their hostility further fueled the Darkness Power.
  • The Rampage Beast continued destroying settlements and resisting every weapon and force Lu Yan sent against it.
  • The priest Mondell developed a Sealing Art that held the Rampage Beast for three days, so Lu Yan named him a saint and granted him eternal life and claimed weapon immunity.
  • Mondell created improved versions of the Sealing Art that suppressed the beast for months and then years, and Lu Yan resolved to guide his Civilization more cautiously.

Ch. 1855Teleportation Portal

Lu Yan prepared his Civilization for the unknown world beyond a Teleportation Portal, hoping to find land but discovering a world of monsters instead. After studying a captured skeleton and burning a plague-bearing zombie, he spared a vampire Baron who surrendered to him.

  • Lu Yan concluded that he needed to expand food production and find new land to support his growing population.
  • A ranger discovered and opened a Teleportation Portal, so Lu Yan concentrated troops and prepared fallback shelters before ordering it reopened.
  • A skeleton emerged from the portal and was captured; the clergy found that a flame in its skull powered its movements through magnetic-field-like forces.
  • A zombie came through seven days later, and Lu Yan ordered it burned immediately because it carried plague.
  • A vampire Baron from Akan emerged, knelt before Lu Yan, and was spared so he could provide intelligence.

Ch. 1856Yin Wind City

Lu Yan sent the Alliance to explore the Ashan World after learning that a vampire scout had tried to deceive him, then ordered an assault on Yin Wind City. The city fell quickly, but casualties from a Hero’s Death Ripple showed that ordinary Soldiers could not safely fight enemy Heroes.

  • Lu Yan gave the Pope a Divine Edict to lead an expedition through the Teleportation Portal, while the Alliance assembled generals, Templar Knights, and two Greater Angels.
  • The staff officers exposed the vampire as a scout bound by a soul contract to a City of Death, and the general sent Templar Assassins and rangers through the portal to scout.
  • The scouting party learned from deserters that necromancer Hero Kefei Te had founded Yin Wind City by slaughtering seven thousand people, and that the Ashan World covered at least one billion square kilometers.
  • After gathering intelligence with disguised scouts, the general sent the Alliance to attack Yin Wind City, whose strongest force was thirty-five vampires.
  • The Alliance captured Yin Wind City in under half an hour, but a Death Ripple killed many unprotected Soldiers, so the general reserved ordinary Soldiers for garrison and logistics.

Ch. 1857Mages

Lu Yan sought ways to counter the enemy’s magic and improve food production, then ordered the church to recruit mages skilled in Sealing Art. The chapter ended with word of the mass recruitment spreading through Ashan World, where mages were widely regarded as more powerful than warriors.

  • The expedition’s general asked for more Templar troops, and Lu Zhi ordered the church to convert locals and bring Wanderers to the New World.
  • Settlers discovered the fertile Magic Plains, prompting Lu Yan to consider how magic might affect crop growth and to seek cooperation with mages.
  • Lu Yan ordered the Bishop to interrogate the captured Necropolis Hero Kefei Te, who explained his training as a Necromancer and described Sealing Art.
  • Lu Yan issued a Divine Edict calling for mages skilled in Sealing Art and offering them generous treatment.
  • News of the recruitment spread across Ashan World, where a drunken mage and a warrior discussed mages’ advantages over warriors.

Ch. 1858Fishing in Troubled Waters

Lu Yan recruited mages and the necromancer Sandru, while secretly monitoring their schemes. A search for two artifacts led his forces into a snowy land where they transformed into frost troops, and Sandru realized another otherworldly deity had invaded Ashan World.

  • Luante used an Anywhere Door to reach the recruitment site, passed the assessment, and received a place among Lu Yan's mages.
  • Lu Yan continued spending resources to attract talent and recruited Sandru, assigning two Greater Angels to watch him.
  • Sandru proposed using the Magic Immunity Orb and Shackles of War to conquer Bracada, and Lu Yan sent a search party to the artifacts' reported locations.
  • The priests and temple soldiers Lu Yan sent into a snowy land became Frost Rangers, Frost Priests, and Frost Knights.
  • Sandru realized that another otherworldly deity had invaded Ashan World and welcomed the chance to fish in troubled waters.

Ch. 1859War

Lu Yan uncovered Sandru’s plan to exploit him, recruited the gifted Frost Magician Annie, and continued conquering Ashan while preparing for war against its Heroes. After a Barbarian raid was crushed, a level 50 Hero carrying the Magic Immunity Orb arrived with a force of Cyclopes, beginning the real war.

  • Sandru allied himself with a corrupted Frost Knight, who gave him power and assigned Annie to help him infiltrate Lu Yan’s realm.
  • Annie developed advanced Sealing Arts that extended the Rampage Beast’s seal, while Lu Yan tried and failed to approach her as a cat.
  • Lu Yan conquered cities and assembled an army, drawing mostly on Necropolis and Demon troops as Ashan’s Heroes united against him.
  • More than a dozen Barbarian Heroes ambushed Lu Yan’s troops at night, but his general trapped and captured them the next day.
  • Lu Yan ordered that the captured Heroes be kept imprisoned because only death by the plot could permanently kill them.
  • On the fifth day, a level 50 Hero with all skills at Grandmaster Level attacked with the Magic Immunity Orb and a force of Cyclopes.

Ch. 1860Decisive Battle

Lu Yan's army defeated a Barbarian force by exploiting its lack of mages and striking while its Cyclopes were vulnerable. A week later, a much stronger Angel Alliance army arrived, and Lu Yan chose to defend three cities and wear it down rather than risk a direct battle.

  • Lu Yan's forces lured the level 50 Barbarian Hero toward a valley, where the Hero discovered an ambush and chose to surround it and attack its supply lines.
  • The Barbarian Hero's army remained at the valley while Lu Yan's general waited, until the enemy discovered that transporting supplies through an Anywhere Door forced the Hero to remove the Magic Immunity Orb.
  • More than a dozen enemy mages cast Slaughter Addiction and Berserk Spell on the three thousand Cyclopes, crippling them, and Lu Yan's general led a counterattack that defeated the Barbarian army.
  • During interrogation, the Barbarian Commander admitted he had refused to bring mages because he distrusted them.
  • A week later, scouts reported that an Angel Alliance army with troops from Castle, Fortress, and Tower had arrived, including Greater Angels, Titans, and Man-Bulls.
  • Lu Yan judged that his forces could not defeat the Angel Alliance head-on, so he chose to defend three cities and wear down the enemy before considering a decisive battle.

Ch. 1861Godfall

After Lu Yan was pulled from his dreamlike life as a god, he was invited to mage training while Wenren Sheng watched the Civilization he had left behind. With its faith channel severed and divine power fading, the Civilization lost the portal battlefield and began adjusting to life without its Deity.

  • Lu Yan woke in his home, realized his life as a Deity had been a dream, and accepted an invitation to attend mage training.
  • Wenren Sheng reflected that Lu Yan had gained from the experience and watched to see whether the Civilization could survive without its god.
  • The Pope discovered that his faith channel to God had broken and suspected that the Deity had fallen.
  • Rumors spread, divine power of light dwindled, and the Heroes of Might and Magic forces routed the Civilization’s troops and sealed the Teleportation Portal.
  • The Civilization’s people mourned God’s apparent death, while some adapted to the loss of divine power and ambitious people saw new freedom.

Ch. 1862Adaptation

After the Light God vanished, the Pope adopted Darkness Power, renamed it Tranquility Power, and led people to use it to transform their bodies and prolong their lives. Wenren Sheng opened a portal to give the civilization a new task, while in Bristol, Old Hord witnessed how Tranquility Power had left ordinary workers oppressed and struggling to survive.

  • The Black Cloaked Man convinced the Pope that Darkness Power could grow, and the Pope secretly prayed to it and felt the power awaken within him.
  • The Pope announced a new Divine Edict, calling Darkness Power Tranquility Power, and people began using it despite its mutations and the need for Disguise Art.
  • People discovered that transforming into other life-forms could extend their lives, and the Pope joined others in evolving toward Hydra.
  • Wenren Sheng observed the civilization's adaptation and opened the Teleportation Portal again to give them a greater task.
  • Old Hord collected corpses in Bristol as people discussed how powerful Tranquility users protected factory owners and how a neighbor's daughter had turned into a Pine Tree to escape cold and hunger.
