Mao Lili grew up in a village where her family raised pigs. As a child, she often led other children into mischief. Her most infamous incident involved taking a group into the back hills to collect a hornet nest; when the bag holding it was opened in the village, the hornets attacked half the village before smoke from a bonfire drove them away. 26 33
