Professor Ouyang's full name was Ouyang Fu. He had once been the second-in-command at the Federation Aerospace Science and Technology Center before being seconded to Research Institute No. 5, a subsidiary of Tianshu Tower. He had remained at Research Institute No. 5 for twelve years and never returned to the Aerospace Science and Technology Center.
