After the welcome was over, Harvey stopped Gordon.

"Hey! Buddy! Welcome back!" Harvey gave Gordon a hug first.

Perhaps among everyone present, Harvey was the only one who was truly happy simply because Gordon was Gordon, rather than because of Gordon's ability to solve cases.

"Buddy, I heard the Police Commissioner gave you a task. You have to solve that case involving the group hanging and missing organs before you can fully regain your detective status?" While hugging him, Harvey whispered in his ear, "This case is tough. The department doesn't have any valuable leads right now. How about we think of another way?"

After separating, Gordon took out the note Li Wei had given him and waved it at Harvey.

"Not for now, buddy. Come with me to check out this place first. I think we'll find the clues we need there..."

"Buddy, what's at this place?" Harvey asked proactively in the car.

"I don't know."

Harvey frowned. "Then how do you know this place has what we need?"

"I don't know. Li Wei told me. He said there were clues here that could help us solve the case."

"Li Wei? The director of Arkham Asylum?" Harvey's frown deepened. "Why would he provide you with clues?"

Harvey wasn't suspecting Gordon of "betrayal." He was worried that Li Wei might have fed him false information, or set a trap for them to walk into.

"He..." Gordon was about to explain, but suddenly realized something. Since when had he excluded Li Wei and Arkham Asylum from his list of suspects?

But whenever he thought of what he had seen of Li Wei over the past few days...

He still couldn't be called a good person, but he didn't seem like a bad person either... right?
