Those who practiced External Martial Arts trained their sinews, bones, and skin, as well as their force. It stood opposite to Internal Energy Cultivation.

Those who practiced Internal Energy Cultivation circulated qi through their bodies, building a fortress. Their every thought was focused on self-preservation. When others attacked, even with martial skill or weapons, they could not harm them.
