Background

Fu Hua was born in Canghai City during the Previous Era. When Honkai destroyed her hometown, she survived by fleeing until Himeko took her in and recruited her into Fire Moth. Himeko later succumbed to Honkai corruption and became the Seventh Herrscher; Fu Hua was the sole survivor of that disaster and was ostracized as an associate of the “Witch.” 96 246 1039

A year after Himeko’s transformation, Fire Moth used the ruins of Australia to test mass-produced fragments of the Tenth Divine Key. The operation was effectively a lethal selection trial. Fu Hua survived after her will activated the serum’s hyper-evolutionary genes, fusing her with Honkai Beast genes and turning her into a Fusion Warrior. 246

As a Fusion Warrior, Fu Hua gained an immortal body, the reformed Grip of Taixu, and a combat form marked by white hair, red eyes, and wings. She later fought the Herrscher of the End alongside humanity’s strongest warriors, but the Previous Era still fell. 246

In the Current Era, Fu Hua became known as an Immortal and guarded Divine Land. She once repelled Destiny’s invading forces alone and defeated Kallen, but a later incident cost her much of her power and immortality. To uphold a promise and secure Divine Land’s protection, she made an agreement with Otto: Destiny would protect Divine Land, and she would follow Otto’s orders. 246

Her long life was further damaged by isolation and betrayal. After founding a school to train disciples, Fu Hua was attacked by those disciples with the techniques and swords she had given them. They severed her foot and hand tendons, destroyed her internal organs, wounded her heart repeatedly, and finally killed her with a sword strike through the head. 1092

Fu Hua carries lasting guilt over her past, including her failures to understand her disciples and the loss of her companions.
