Ch. 801Bear Sighting

Su Hao watched Metagross break through to Gym Level and Mega Evolve without a Mega Stone or Evolution Key Stone, apparently due to the Destruction Gene. After examining Mega Metagross and learning it could control its transformation, Su Hao sensed a powerful creature approaching through the mist and recognized it as a bear.

  • Metagross broke through to Gym Level and transformed into Mega Metagross, whose power reached Late Gym Level.
  • Su Hao prepared to call Diancie in case Mega Metagross lost control, but Mega Metagross soon returned to its familiar self.
  • Mega Metagross explained that adapting to the Destruction Gene had undone a restriction and triggered its Mega Evolution.
  • Su Hao examined Mega Metagross and found it stable, then confirmed it could Mega Evolve or revert through will alone.
  • Su Hao and Mega Metagross sensed a powerful creature approaching through the mist, and Su Hao identified it as a bear.

Ch. 802Mega Metagross VS Bloodmoon

Su Hao and Mega Metagross confronted Bloodmoon Ursaring in the Northern Village Secret Realm, where Mega Metagross’s power overwhelmed the Elite Four-level Pokémon in a direct clash. Ursaring retreated into the fog to prepare a sneak attack, unaware that Su Hao could track it with Aura.

  • Su Hao recognized the approaching creature as Bloodmoon Ursaring and had Mega Metagross block its path.
  • Bloodmoon Ursaring charged Mega Metagross with Headlong Rush, but Mega Metagross met it with a powerful Meteor Mash and sent it crashing into the woods.

  • Zhang Xuan told Su Hao that Natu had foretold the Viridian Forest crisis and later received a vision involving him.
  • Zhang Xuan warned Su Hao to watch out for the temple and the crown before he went to the High Seas Secret Realms, then vanished with Natu.
  • Su Hao connected the warning to Sea Temple and the Sea Crown, and suspected Chi Lang, the Sea King, had set his sights on them.
  • Su Hao recalled that Sea Temple would appear during the next lunar eclipse, expected in a month and a half, and decided to prepare.

Ch. 806A Month Later, the Infinite Source Is Unsealed!

Su Hao spent a month training his Pokémon in preparation for the High Seas Secret Realms, while Milotic pursued a breakthrough to Elite Four Level. After unsealing the Infinite Source and resonating with a Water-type Plate Fragment, Milotic reached a new level of power and sensed she might glimpse the world of Latios and Latias.

  • Su Hao returned to Yang City and began a month of intensive group training, aiming for most of his Pokémon to reach the threshold of Elite Four Level before the High Seas Secret Realms.
  • Lucario asked Cycloze to teach him Fighting-type fundamentals, while Incineroar dragged Zeraora into extra training to master Magnetic Field Manipulation: Nascent Form.
  • Ogerpon spent the month learning about the outside world and making friends, then unknowingly broke through to Elite Four Level while eating dessert.
  • Zeraora broke through to Gym Level, leaving Incineroar discouraged as he remained short of Late Gym Level and stuck at a bottleneck.
  • One month later, Milotic resonated with an incomplete Water-type Plate Fragment as the Infinite Source seal left by Latios and Latias collapsed, transforming her and bringing her to Elite Four Level.
  • Milotic stopped the rain across much of the Articuno Secret Realm and sensed that her new Water-type ability might let her glimpse the world inhabited by Latios and Latias.

Ch. 807Master Ball Tier Battle!

  • Su Hao fought several undisclosed battles, stabilized his rank at sixtieth, and returned to Yang City.
  • Su Hao gathered his Pokémon in a specially prepared area of the Articuno Secret Realm and announced the rules and eight participants in the second in-team tournament.

Ch. 810The New Team Rankings Are Out!

Su Hao’s eight Pokémon competed in a team tournament, with Ogerpon dominating most opponents before Milotic stopped its winning streak. The results exposed the team’s shifting pecking order, and Incineroar was left despairing after a loss to Mega Lucario pushed it out of the first tier.

  • Ogerpon defeated Zeraora, Mega Metagross, Leafeon, Mega Lucario, Hisuian Braviary, and Incineroar, but Milotic beat it with rapid-fire Pseudo-Origin Pulses, leaving Ogerpon with six wins and one loss.
  • Zeraora lost all seven battles, briefly faltered, then went to train after remembering its plan to connect with the Thunder Stone Slab Fragment.
  • Leafeon won once in seven battles, wounding its opponents with sword techniques and deciding it was ready to prepare for its next enlightenment.
  • Incineroar defeated Hisuian Braviary with its signature Z-Move, but Mega Lucario evaded its Evil Aura and defeated it, leaving Incineroar with three wins and a shattered sense of its ranking.

Ch. 812Questions

Marine Pokémon converged on the High Seas, where the Divine Land Alliance prepared to explore a vast Secret Realm believed to contain a Class One Legendary. Chu Ya learned the Sea Temple had appeared, while Su Hao planned to bring the Articuno Secret Realm to the High Seas before the Night of the Lunar Eclipse.

  • The Pokémon Leagues established the International Youth Exchange Competition to decide who would explore the High Seas Secret Realm first, and the Divine Land Alliance won priority access.

  • Su Hao recalled that Skadi had promised to speed up the Articuno Secret Realm and reach the High Seas before the Night of the Lunar Eclipse.

Ch. 813The Call of the Silver Feather

Su Hao brought Skadi and his Pokémon to the high seas, where the Sea Temple was expected to emerge near the High Seas Secret Realms. As the Night of the Lunar Eclipse approached, the Silver Feather began sending a warning not to enter.

  • Su Hao suspected Chi Lang would pursue the Sea Temple and worried he might find a way inside before it surfaced.
  • On April 12th, Su Hao entered the Articuno Secret Realm, and Skadi used the orb to guide it toward the high seas.

  • Su Hao discussed the Sea Temple with Milotic and Hisuian Braviary, but both were focused on the powers they already possessed.
  • The Silver Feather glowed and sent Su Hao, Milotic, and Hisuian Braviary a faint warning: “Don’t come in.”

Ch. 814Long-Held Wish

Su Hao received a warning not to enter the High Seas Secret Realms, while Chu Ya flew to investigate the newly emerged Sea Temple. Beneath the sea, Chi Lang used the Blue Orb to seek the Sea Crown and pursue his plan to awaken Kyogre and cover the planet with ocean.

  • Su Hao wondered whether Lugia had sent the warning through the Silver Feather, then decided to deal with the Sea Temple before investigating the High Seas Secret Realms.
  • Chu Ya learned that the ocean was too crowded with powerful wild Pokémon for sea travel, so she left her team to recover and flew toward the Sea Temple with Calyrex.
  • Chu Ya saw aquatic Pokémon gathered around an empty stretch of sea and noticed representatives from several Pokémon Leagues heading toward the site.
  • Chi Lang identified Lugia as the Legend Plate in the High Seas Secret Realms but said he only cared about Kyogre and his wish to cover the planet with ocean.
  • Chi Lang used the Blue Orb to open the Sea Temple’s defenses and planned to take energy from the Sea Crown so he could locate and awaken Kyogre.

Ch. 815Sea Temple Appears in the World!

The Sea Temple rose from the sea beneath a blood-red moon, but Manaphy’s anguished cry triggered a barrier and sent the aquatic Pokémon into a frenzy against the approaching Trainers. Su Hao met Chu Ya high above the battle and asked her to help him reach the temple.

  • The Sea Temple emerged, and Chu Ya stayed back while asking Gengar and Banette to watch for danger.
  • An Elite Four member flew toward the temple, prompting other Trainers to follow, but Manaphy cried out and a blue barrier blocked their way.

  • Su Hao contacted Chu Ya with Aura and directed her to meet him above the clouds.
  • Su Hao told Chu Ya that Master Zhang Xuan had warned him something might happen, then asked her to use Gengar to send him near the Sea Temple.

Ch. 816Get Out!

Chi Lang entered the Sea Temple with Kyogre’s Blue Orb and began drawing energy from the Sea Crown during Manaphy’s inheritance, leaving Manaphy in agony behind a raised barrier. Outside, Su Hao asked Chu Ya for a way into the temple, but she said Gengar could not pass through the chaotic aquatic Pokémon.

  • Manaphy, newly transformed from Phione, opened the Sea Temple’s barrier for what it believed was Kyogre and rushed to meet Lugia’s response.
  • Chi Lang entered the core chamber carrying the Blue Orb and approached the Sea Crown despite Manaphy’s warnings.
  • Manaphy attacked with Water Blades, but Hisuian Garganacl destroyed them with Secret Sword: Thousand Waves.

  • Manaphy cried out and raised the Sea Temple’s barrier, while Chi Lang said this would keep rescuers outside.
  • Su Hao asked Chu Ya to help him reach the Sea Temple, but she said Gengar could not pass through the raging Pokémon’s chaotic energies.

Ch. 817A Head-On Encounter with the Sea Monster!

Su Hao gave Chu Ya a Gengarite, allowing her Gengar to Mega Evolve and help him travel through another dimension toward the Sea Temple. After Mega Gengar dropped him near the temple barrier, Su Hao emerged into the storm and came face-to-face with a gigantic Wishiwashi school.

  • Su Hao gave Chu Ya the Gengarite he had been keeping in his System Space.
  • Chu Ya used the Gengarite to Mega Evolve her Gengar, which spat out a thousand-year Curse Talisman.

  • Mega Gengar warned Su Hao that a growing creature was circling the temple before opening a passage for him.
  • Su Hao emerged onto Hisuian Braviary above the stormy sea and encountered a massive Wishiwashi school.

Ch. 818Manaphy the Gambler

Su Hao and his Pokémon battled Wishiwashi School Form outside the Sea Temple, weakening the Sea Monster enough for him to approach the barrier with Lugia’s Silver Feather. Inside, Manaphy sensed Lugia’s presence at the barrier and gambled that letting it in could help stop Chi Lang from draining the Sea Crown.

  • Su Hao sent Hisuian Braviary and Milotic to attack Wishiwashi School Form, and Milotic’s Pseudo-Origin Pulse barrage stripped away Wishiwashi until the Sea Monster’s strength fell to Elite Four Level.
  • The Champions and Elite Four watching from above were astonished by the battle, while Chu Ya realized Su Hao was more capable than she had thought.
  • Su Hao and Hisuian Braviary reached the Sea Temple’s barrier, where Su Hao tried using Lugia’s Silver Feather to gain entry.
  • As Chi Lang drained the Sea Crown into the Blue Orb, Manaphy sensed Lugia’s presence touching the barrier and decided to let it in as its last gamble.

Ch. 819Death!

Su Hao entered the Sea Temple and found Chi Lang draining power from the Sea Crown while Manaphy suffered. Diancie’s attack failed against the Crown’s protective barrier, so Su Hao began a coordinated assault with Milotic and Hisuian Braviary.

  • Su Hao followed Manaphy’s psychic signal through the Sea Temple after bringing Milotic inside.
  • Su Hao recognized Chi Lang, the New Star Organization’s Fifth Seat, as the man draining the Sea Crown with the Blue Orb.
  • Diancie unleashed Diamond Storm against Chi Lang and Hisuian Garganacl, but the Sea Crown’s shield blocked the attack.
  • Diancie warned Su Hao that Reshiram’s power could destroy the Sea Crown and Manaphy, then suggested that Milotic and Hisuian Braviary might bypass the shield.
  • Su Hao Terastallized Milotic and ordered Milotic to use Pseudo-Origin Pulse while Hisuian Braviary used Aura Wings.

Ch. 820Madness

Su Hao attacked Chi Lang through the Sea Crown’s Water Shield with Hisuian Braviary and Milotic, whose Lugia- and Kyogre-linked powers bypassed its automatic defenses. Hisuian Garganacl protected Chi Lang from the barrage, while Su Hao tried to contact Manaphy and the fight continued.

  • Hisuian Braviary and Milotic’s attacks passed through the Water Shield, but Hisuian Garganacl blocked them and injured itself in the process.
  • Su Hao launched another barrage as Hisuian Garganacl used its Shell Blades to defend Chi Lang and scattered shell fragments across the ground.
  • Chi Lang demanded to know why Hisuian Braviary carried Lugia’s aura and Milotic could use a Kyogre-like attack, then revealed that he held the Blue Orb.
  • Su Hao kept up the assault and tried to reach Manaphy with Aura, while Hisuian Braviary and Milotic encouraged each other to keep attacking.
  • Milotic’s beam struck Hisuian Garganacl in the abdomen as the defender grew exhausted and began leaving openings.
