• Hao Ren discovered that Nightmare victims’ souls were weakening Lockmadon’s prison, then learned from the dying Valensil that the prison entrance lay at Asuman’s summit.
• Hao Ren and his allies entered Asuman, repaired its energy nexus, and confronted August VII, Lavinia, and Count Willie at the Ark of the Covenant.
• The twenty-one Wardens were freed from Chaos corruption, revealed the true Radiant Disc, and sent Hao Ren’s group through the Mirror Realm into the Forgotten Abyss.
• Hao Ren learned that the Forgotten Abyss was the shattered original Kolo and encountered the City of Divine Favor and the corrupted Heroic Soul Legion there.

After Lockmadon’s destruction and Kolo’s liberation, Hao Ren learned more about the Creation Goddess and the Lord of Madness. Back on Earth, he began investigating the Demon Hunters’ connection to divine power and prepared an expedition to the Dream Plane.

• The dead army helped the living defeat Lockmadon, and Hao Ren and the wardens drove it through the divine barrier before destroying it in the Rift Nebula.
• Hao Ren read Lockmadon’s memories and learned how the Creation Goddess had raised it, imprisoned it, and concealed the history of her war against the Lord of Madness.

He then brought representatives from Earth’s supernatural races to the Dream Plane, where they reunited with their ancestral world as a hidden network and rising divine power began to emerge.

• Hao Ren investigated the Dark Mountain Range with Becky and discovered an ancient laboratory where time had stopped and experiments to create Perfect Creatures had taken place.
• Hao Ren and his companions fought the Sacred Flame Incarnation, who became an elf named Lorisa and revealed that the oracle and divine power were false.
• Lorisa explained that a dark consciousness had manipulated the Magic Emperors, and Hao Ren brought her to King Moron before arranging for her to join his research.
• Hao Ren and Raven 12345 gathered representatives of Earth’s supernatural races at Kuiper Station and explained that their distant homeland was the Dream Plane.
• Hao Ren took the Homecoming Group through the Universe Gate and the Wall of Reality to Horleta, where the travelers met the planet’s people and ancestral cultures.
