Hao Ren knew Lily would inevitably do something unexpected no matter what she was doing. There was no point trying to predict her words and actions with common sense or normal habits: when you thought she was a Werewolf, she barked like a dog; when you thought she was peerlessly brave, she showed you how cowardly she could be; when you thought she could only act like an idiot, she composed poetry for you; when you thought she was about to get artistic... she blinded you with her dog eyes.
But to be honest, Lily still wasn't as unexpected as the Data Terminal. After all, back in Virtual Zum, that thing had even died right in front of them...
Hao Ren pressed down on Lily's head, then took the lead and headed forward. As he walked, he reminded those behind him, "Watch out for sudden eruptions of magma and rock steam. The sunlight just passed over this place, so there should still be a great deal of heat stored beneath the ground. If that stuff sprays up, it'll be no different from falling into a steel furnace."
His main purpose was to warn Lily and Vivian. As for Izax and Elizabeth... creatures that could bathe in magma didn't need much worrying over, right?
Vivian watched the golden stream of light at the horizon gradually sink and patted her cheeks. "I don't like sunlight... especially the sunlight on this planet."
"Bat, you really are the most unprecedented and unparalleled Vampire!" Lily hopped and skipped around Vivian. "Normal Vampires would be half-dead after getting a little sunlight, but you're standing here and falling into the sun along with the whole planet. You'll be able to brag about that for a year after we get back, right?"
