After the case was back on track, Jiang Fan went to Peng City to meet the Hu Family and found Hu Lin and Hu Hao facing the Duan Family’s allies.

• Jiang Fan brought Duan Changfeng to Kyoto, arranged arrests of the Zhuang Family, freed Hu Qiuling and the other families tied to Jiang Qinian’s case, and arrested Si Kongnan Tian and the Si Kong Family.
• Jiang Fan, Fei Ruoyun, and Xing Zhiyi questioned Fang Polu, who gave no explanation for betraying Huaxia but suggested he had acted under someone else’s orders.

After clashing with Huan Shan, Jiang Fan received Xiao Longyuan’s inheritance and traveled beyond the Ten Thousand Beasts Border Defense Great Wall to search for Jiang Qinian. He encountered corrupt soldiers and adventurers at Taiping Pass, then met three siblings from the Wuganmole Tribe and helped them secure a Phantom Night Charm Deer for their ailing mother.

• Huan Shan punished Jiang Fan for interrogating Fang Polu, but Xiao Longyuan intervened and later explained the Supremes’ bargain with Huaxia and his own stalled progress toward Level 9.
• Xiao Longyuan gave Jiang Fan his grandfather’s Supreme Realm inheritance, and Jiang Fan settled family affairs before departing to search for Jiang Qinian.
• At Taiping Inn, Jiang Fan killed A Hai and his men after they tried to rob him, then killed a captain and injured Major Shen Hui when soldiers attempted to detain him.
• Lin Hetong recognized Jiang Fan as Vice Chief Jiang, investigated the Taiping Pass garrison, and ordered its misconduct purged within three days.
• Beyond Taiping Pass, Jiang Fan hunted Exotic Beasts, practiced Spatial Cut and Time Stagnation, and developed a technique to store a large beast inside a bead.
• Jiang Fan met Elisa, Tak, and Will, who were hunting a Phantom Night Charm Deer to obtain medicine for their sick mother, and learned that their tribe aspired to join the Guardian Alliance.
• Jiang Fan killed the Phantom Night Charm Deer after it put Tak and Will to sleep, then accompanied the siblings as they hurried back to the Wuganmole Tribe without alien beasts attacking them.

Jiang Fan helped Tak’s family reach the Guardian Alliance, reunited with Jiang Qinian, and revealed that he had reached Level 9. After the Sarma Family provoked the Alliance, Jiang Fan took the fight to their estate and confronted their patriarch.

• Jiang Fan helped Tak recover the medicine for his mother, then traveled with Tak, Will, and Elisa to the Guardian Alliance city.
• Jiang Fan confronted the Wuganmole chief and learned about the Guardian Alliance, its Strange Stones, and its hidden leader.
• Jiang Fan reached the Alliance as Jiang Qinian fought a rebellion led by Fred, then killed Fred and Udi and introduced himself to Jiang Qinian.
• Jiang Fan and Jiang Qinian discussed their family, the Supreme Beings, and the requirements for reaching Level 9, and Jiang Qinian confirmed Jiang Fan had attained it.
