Just as Nuwa was about to speak, she sensed Chen Tian's aura and looked in that direction.

Di Jun and Taiyi, who had been negotiating with Fuxi, also noticed.

"Greetings, Sister Nuwa. This young one, Tian Chen, has come to disturb you." Chen Tian grinned as he walked into the dojo of Nuwa and Fuxi, with Baili Shouyue and Jiawen following behind.

"Tian Chen, who are these two?" Nuwa asked, puzzled, as she looked at Baili Shouyue and Jiawen. Jiawen was fine—he too possessed an Innate Dao Body, but he was not an Innate Deity; rather, he seemed like a post-natal being. However, the Law of Earth swirling around him shocked Nuwa and the other three.

As for Baili Shouyue, he was like an anomaly! Because Baili Shouyue was human, yet not human! His eyes were blood-red, he had ears resembling rabbit ears, and behind him trailed a tail like a fox's. Still, the myriad strange beings of the Primordial Wilderness meant the four said nothing about it.

"Oh, these two are subordinates under This Humble One's command. This is Shouyue, and this is Jiawen." Tian Chen explained with a chuckle.

"Oh? Isn't this the newly founded Demon Court's Demon Emperor Di Jun and Demon Sovereign Taiyi? What are you two doing here instead of guarding the South Heaven Gate?" Chen Tian said with a light laugh, looking at Di Jun and Taiyi.

Di Jun and Taiyi both frowned slightly. Guard the South Heaven Gate? What, did they take them for watchdogs? Not to be rude, but why did this guy's words sound so grating? Especially Taiyi, who thought to himself, "I really want to smash him to death with the Eastern Bell!"

"Tian Chen, you jest. The South Heaven Gate is naturally guarded by members of the Demon Race. Imperial We need only be stationed in the Hall of Lingxiao. May I ask what business brings Tian Chen to Mount Buzhou?" Di Jun's expression recovered as he smiled.

"Oh~ This young one felt a premonition that a fortune within Mount Buzhou awaits This Humble One to claim it. As luck would have it, I was not far from Buzhou, so I simply came." Chen Tian smiled. Demon Emperor? Hah! They'd end up enemies anyway, and those three old fools would become Saints—what the hell did This Seat have to fear?

Because the siblings Nuwa and Fuxi were different from Di Jun and the others! Nuwa and Fuxi had transformed from a ball of light, remaining half-human, half-serpent after their transformation. Di Jun and his kind, however, were genuine scale-clad, fur-wet, egg-born beasts!

Nuwa and Fuxi were similar to the Three Pure Ones. The Three Pure Ones were Pangu's Primordial Spirit, while Nuwa and her brother were a strange ball of light, seemingly the incarnations of the Creation Demon God and the Zither Dao Demon God's Primordial Spirits. Deities could be understood as incarnations of parts of the Demon Gods, while living beings were transformations of all things in the Primordial Wilderness. Deities were naturally a rank above living beings!

"Fine! Fine! Fine!!" Di Jun shouted three times, his eyes blazing with golden flames as he stared at Chen Tian, then left with Taiyi.

"Tian Chen, you've angered the Demon Emperor this time. Things won't be easy for you in the future." Fuxi sighed. To be honest, he had wanted to go, as if a voice in his heart urged him to—this could be said to be the Heavenly Dao's scheming.

After all, of the Three Thousand Demon Gods, aside from the Space Demon God, the others had either died or scattered. Only Hongjun, these three, had survived.

And according to the original course, Fuxi, the Zither Dao Demon God, would ultimately die, reincarnating as the Heavenly Emperor Fuxi for the post-natal beings of the Primordial Wilderness. Nuwa, the Creation Demon God, would become a Heavenly Dao Saint, controlled by the Heavenly Dao. As for Hongjun? He had long been schemed by the Heavenly Dao into becoming the first Saint.

That's why, during the Witch-Demon Tribulation, Di Jun and Taiyi both perished, their souls scattering, while Fuxi could reincarnate as a human with a remnant soul.
