Although the first floor appeared to have become a storefront, once he entered the apartment building's inner lobby, Henry found that the passages leading to the manager's counter and office were still there. "So after discussing it with the tenant, she agreed to give up part of the space for the management office to continue using and only rent the remaining portion. Everything is detailed in the contract, and the partitions have been completed, clearly separating the two sides."
