countermeasures

Alice didn't have that much knowledge of the Capital Market. Green Arrow Duck explained that she couldn't find a rebuttal, even though the matter was already in the past.

Her thinking was quite simple, "What If...? you don't have enough evidence, can't you reconnect to the mainframe here and find enough proof?"

"No need for that. All the data here has already been moved by the Reinforcements I brought, and they even deleted all the data. Although I have a way to recover it, there's really no need to waste time doing so."

Ada Wong, who also had her eye on the Umbrella Corporation's internal documents, eagerly interjected, "Who moved all the documents here?"

After some thought, Green Arrow Duck decided to use his son as a scapegoat. "The helper I found is Tony Stark of Stark Industries."

"What! You know Tony Stark?" Ada Wong exclaimed in surprise. This was the first time she had ever lost control of her expression in front of everyone.

Green Arrow Duck, however, made an excuse. "Of course I don't know him. But you don't think I can handle things here by myself, do you? I found a shrewd Hacker to help me; she's the one who contacted Tony Stark." C-Sis making the contact wasn't exactly a lie.

However, it was clear that the three women present didn't quite believe Green Arrow Duck's explanation, but they didn't press him further, as these were all things that couldn't be verified.

Jill Valentian, however, seemed to have some understanding of the Link Between Money and Power. She looked at him with skepticism. "If these documents fall into the hands of another capitalist, do you think he'll step in to bring down the Umbrella?"

"That's a good question, and I'm interested to know too." This was Green Arrow Duck's honest opinion.

"Do you think Tony Stark will take action against Umbrella?" The astute Ada Wong asked, getting to the heart of the matter.

Green Arrow Duck frankly admitted. "With my own strength, I can't bring down a company of that caliber, like Umbrella. My worst-case scenario is simply to disclose the formula for the Antiviral Serum."

"The hope is that this will break the Umbrella Corporation' attempts to profit from this through monopolistic practices, allowing countries capable of producing Antiviral Serum to protect their citizens."

In short, with such man-made disasters, individuals can no longer be expected to save themselves. Only national-level organizations can intervene, and small countries can only rely on larger ones.

"Because there are certain barriers to manufacturing Antiviral Serum, it cannot be prepared by the average person at home or in a garage. In fact, most people do not even have the basic knowledge to do so."

"As for Tony Stark, who found the gun, I can't guarantee what will happen to Umbrella Corporation. Perhaps he'll shelve the information, or perhaps he'll simply step forward and criticize Umbrella."

Being kidnapped by Terrorist Organization was the key to his transformation into a hero. But before that, what was Tony Stark's true nature? Was he a hero made by the Iron Man armor, or was he capable of displaying extraordinary qualities regardless of the circumstances?

Jill Valentine, however, was skeptical of the Duck Plushie's claim. "Do you really think Tony Stark will step forward?"

Spreading his hands to the left and right, Green Arrow Duck rolled his eyes. "I hope he'll step forward, but not like a naive reporter who jumps out foolishly and leads the charge, hoping to bring down Umbrella Corporation."

"If he were smart, he would know how to use the resources at his disposal to completely sever the Umbrella! But his parents are gone, and he's the only Stark Family. Would anyone teach him these political maneuvering skills?"

"Or perhaps, just as you suspect, he won't stand up for something like this. Having obtained this information, he'll choose to side with the capitalists and cover for them."

Now, among the elders surrounding Tony Stark, Obadiah Stane is probably the only one left. Will this bald man mentor this younger man as if he were his own son?

The Green Arrow Duck is curious about what will happen next.

The reason Green Arrow Duck dared to hand over Umbrella Corporation's data to Stark Industries instead of Oscorp is because he knew that Tony Stark, being a tech whiz, probably wouldn't be interested in Viral Bioweapons.

If Oscorp obtained this information, Norman Osborn would most likely order further research.

With a clap of his hands, Green Arrow Duck attracted everyone's attention. "In short, I've obtained the Antiviral Serum, so I'm practically invincible. Forget what Tony Stark wants to do, let's resolve the crisis in Raccoon City first."

Green Arrow Duck believes that a plan to nuke Raccoon City may already be on someone's desk. If the problem lies here...

If this isn't resolved quickly, the only option left is to kidnap Gwen Stacy and send her away on the X-Men's Blackbird Jet.

The others agreed with Green Arrow Duck's statement, Alice recalled their earlier discussion. "I remember you said you and the X-Men set up a temporary base."

"There, do you have a way to create Antidote for the virus based solely on research data? Or do we need to find a sample of the Antidote?"

Green Arrow Duck, however, brought up something else. "Just creating the Antidote isn't enough."

How so?

"Viruses can spread through air and water, but Antidote can only be administered to one patient at a time. The difference in transmission efficiency is too great. If we don't find ways to improve this, humanity will suffer a crushing defeat in this race between the virus and Antiviral Serum."

Ida Wong asked, "So what are you planning to do? Or do you have a Virology expert here?"

The Duck Plushie toy grinned, revealing a row of teeth that a duck couldn't possibly have. "I really do have them."

"Who?"

Spider-Man.

"Spider--" The three women fell silent, exchanging bewildered glances. Even though none of them lived in New York New York City, they knew this urban superhero who frequently roamed the streets.

Many city residents are expressing their wish that their local area could also have such a useful free hero.

Jill Valentine, a former Special Forces soldier and currently suspended SWAT member, spoke with obvious doubt. "Spider-Man only deals with drug addicts and street thugs. A virus? Can he handle that?"

"If he can't find a better Antidote, then we'll have to prepare to run away." Green Arrow Duck was unusually obedient for once.

However, he didn't want to continue discussing these matters, and instead called to the others, "Anyway, let's leave this underground base first and meet up with the others. The night is still long, and there's still a lot to do."

"Where do we leave from?" Ida Wong suddenly asked.

Alice looked at the FBI agent who had infiltrated the Hive Base alone and asked her, "Where did you come from?"

"It must have been a Cargo Passage. The gate to that route wasn't closed when I came in. But I saw quite a few Zombies in Protective Suit at the entrance. Maybe the Umbrella people tried to enter from there and got wiped out."

It seems that this is the source of the T-virus leak from the Hive Base that spread throughout Raccoon City. Fortunately, the Artificial Intelligence Red Queen who manages the base was shut down by Alice and the Umbrella Security Force who were the first to enter, so no one stopped these idiots from reopening the gate.

Considering the content of the "Cleansing Plan," the Umbrella Corporation's series of seemingly careless misconducts in epidemic prevention were actually the result of deliberate indulgence by its top management.

It's hard to imagine what kind of person would treat so many innocent lives as worthless, thinking that killing them is just killing them. Are there really mortals in this world who consider themselves gods? This Kryptonian is curious.
