Background
Li Xian'er is the daughter of Li Zhi and Zhou Mei. While her mother increasingly remained in the mortal world, Xian'er repeatedly returned to her hometown with Li Dapeng during holidays, where she discovered the cultivation method, alchemy furnace, Feng Shui arts, and archaeological materials Li Zhi had left behind. After graduating from junior high, she chose archaeology at a university near home and began pursuing cultivation rather than an ordinary life. 440
At age twenty, she opened her Sea of Bitterness and uncovered a secret chamber containing a partial tomb-raiding set, the Feng Shui Secret Art, and the Method of Stealing Heavenly Secrets. Her perception made her exceptionally successful at locating ancient cultivator tombs: she claimed to have found seventy-eight King-level-or-higher tombs, including three Great Sage tombs. 441
Her excavation of a Great Sage tomb nearly killed her. Death Qi, Yin Energy, battle wounds, and destructive law remnants left her emaciated, scarred, and crippled; only the life force of the Primordial Longevity Art and her unusual physique kept her alive. Li Zhi eventually returned and used the Myriad Bath Furnace to seal the Death Qi in her Wheel and Sea, consuming much of his Incarnation's essence in the process. 438 440
Appearance
After recovering from her near-fatal injuries, Li Xian'er is described as a beautiful young woman with a heroic, valiant bearing rather than her mother's softer charm. 440
- Thick, black, lustrous hair, commonly tied in a high ponytail. 440
- Favours a black-and-gold warrior outfit while traveling with Li Zhi. 440
- Has worn a Great Power-level Magic Robe in combat and a purple Immortal Robe at Purple Heaven Palace. 448 571
- Her body previously bore numerous scars from fighting beasts and cultivators; these were erased during Li Zhi's treatment. 438 440
Personality
Li Xian'er is intensely determined to pursue cultivation and Longevity. Zhou Mei and Zhou Yaoyang's cold treatment extinguished her remaining attachment to them, while her belief that Li Zhi would return became an obsession: if he did not, she intended to seek him herself and complete the path to Longevity for him. 438 439
She is ruthless toward enemies and herself, with Li Zhi comparing her resolve to that of the Ruthless Great Emperor. Her decisiveness is tempered by caution: she recognized the Tianshan Sect's deception, used Li Zhi's Essence Blood as a contingency, and secured what she needed before leaving the sect to collapse under its own schemes. 439 450
Around Li Zhi, she also shows a more youthful and playful side. Protected and guided by her father, she reads cultivation classics as leisure and openly displays girlish indignation when he restrains her from dangerous exploration. 452
Abilities & Skills
Reincarnation Physique
Li Xian'er's special physique is sensitive to the auras of life, death, and reincarnation, allowing her to locate tombs carrying residual reincarnation energy. Its nature also helped her survive Death Qi that would otherwise have killed her immediately. 440 451 466
- Can sense and identify ancient cultivator tombs with extraordinary accuracy. 441 442
- Retains innate Death Qi after Li Zhi seals the external Death Qi within her Wheel and Sea. 440 466
- Her physique is difficult to observe remotely because of a powerful seal within her body. 466
- Excess Death Qi remains a long-term danger; the Wa Huang Scripture's Good Fortune Divine Strength helps balance it. 475
Great Law of Human World Reincarnation
Li Xian'er created a Mortal Cultivation Method centered on self-severing and reincarnating her physical body at major realm breakthroughs. Each cycle rebuilds her body, Magical Power, and Primordial Spirit while increasing her cultivation talent and Life Origin. 571 597
- Her apparent regression in cultivation is deliberate rather than a loss of progress. 571
- Each reincarnation qualitatively improves her Life Origin and removes the usual concern of an unstable foundation from rapid advancement. 597
- The process becomes exponentially harder and more resource-intensive with every cycle. 611 644
- She expects repeated reincarnation to eventually raise her aptitude toward that of a Great Accomplishment Saint Spirit. 571
Tomb Exploration and Feng Shui Arts
Li Xian'er combines formal archaeological practice with tomb-raiding techniques and Feng Shui Secret Arts. Li Zhi considers her talent in this field greater than his own. 441 445
- Uses archaeological tools, a compass, brushes, a hand shovel, and explosives to investigate tomb sites. 442 445
- Dismantled a Vajra wall by the special method recorded in the Tomb Burial Scripture rather than brute force. 445
- Located a tomb at Mount Daluo and helped retrieve Tianyan Daoist's coffin and its Saintly Robe. 445
- Her skill led Ye Fan to conclude that Li Zhi's legacy had a successor. 442
Scriptures and Dao Comprehension
Li Xian'er has cultivated several methods passed down or arranged by Li Zhi, especially the Wa Huang Scripture and the Stealing Heavenly Secrets Scripture. 467 475 861
- The Wa Huang Scripture was inscribed through her cultivation in the Wa Huang Longevity Realm; its Good Fortune Divine Strength balances her Death Qi. 467 475
- She was taught the Stone Emperor's Chapter of Understanding the Heavens while cultivating in the Wa Huang Longevity Realm. 444
- She uses the Stealing Heavenly Secrets Scripture to preserve the eternal nature of her True Spirit. 861
- The Wordless Heavenly Book allows her to record and study Dao Marks; after witnessing the clash between Amitabha Emperor's Dharma Body and the Divine Emperor's corpse, she copied both Daos into it. 585
Combat
Li Xian'er fights with lethal decisiveness, relying on strong divine power, artifacts, and Li Zhi's guidance when confronting stronger opponents. 448 450
- Withstood missiles, firearms, and artillery-like weapons without evasion while protected by her Great Power-level Magic Robe. 448
- Used the Crimson Jade Sword to kill more than a dozen pursuing cultivators and break through multiple small sects. 448
- Pursued enemies across thousands of miles after they desecrated Nuwa Niangniang's Divine Statue. 448
- Used Li Zhi's black Essence Blood to annihilate the Tianshan Sword Sect's high-ranking members, including its Immortal One-level guardian. 450

- Luoyang Shovel and Snakeskin Cosmos Pouch — heirloom archaeological Secret Treasures believed to have been refined by a Great Emperor-level expert; Li Zhi formally passed both to her. 467
- Myriad Bath Furnace — used in excavation and as a vessel for items and defensive resources. 445 450

Relationships
- Li Zhi — Father, teacher, and principal protector. He saved her from Death Qi, guided her foundational cultivation, and supported her decision to forge the Great Law of Human World Reincarnation. 440 451 571
- Zhou Mei — Mother. Her eventual indifference toward Xian'er caused Xian'er to abandon her final feelings of guilt and familial attachment. 438
- Zhou Yaoyang — Brother. His hostility and disavowal strengthened Xian'er's resolve to continue along Li Zhi's path. 438
- Li Dapeng — Supportive family member who cared for Xian'er and handled her affairs during Li Zhi's absence. 438
- Li Jizu — Sibling who diverged from her after resenting Li Zhi and changing his name; she later remained on Earth to protect and aid him after he was severely injured. 440 688
- Ye Fan — Addressed as “Uncle Ye.” He supplied Magical Power for her excavation work, accompanied her and Li Zhi into Kunlun, and helped guide her cultivation. 442 452
- Duan De — Archaeological mentor who recognized her affinity with his lineage and instructed her for roughly two and a half years. He judged the Tribulation Crossing Heavenly Merit unsuitable for her and instead taught her a method for accumulating the Mark of Reincarnation. 466 475

Story Role / Major Arcs
Earth Archaeology and Death Qi Crisis
Li Xian'er began as an archaeology student and rogue cultivator on Earth, using her unusual perception to uncover tombs beyond the reach of ordinary archaeologists. Her excavation of a Great Sage tomb left her on the verge of death until Li Zhi returned, healed her injuries, and sealed the Death Qi inside her. 441 438 440
Wa Huang Longevity Realm and Mount Daluo
Li Zhi placed her in the Wa Huang Longevity Realm for three years, where the Wa Huang Great Dao accelerated her cultivation from Divine Bridge to Dao Palace and enabled two Transformative Rebirths. She later led Li Zhi through Mount Daluo's hidden tomb, where they recovered Tianyan Daoist's coffin, the Innate Bagua Diagram, and a Saintly Robe. 444 445
Vengeance in the Western Regions
After cultivators sought her treasures and desecrated Nuwa Niangniang's Divine Statue, Li Xian'er launched a relentless campaign across the western regions. She killed her pursuers, broke through numerous small sects, entered the Tianshan Sword Sect under false pretenses, and escaped after using Li Zhi's Essence Blood to destroy its upper ranks. 448 450
Kunlun Training and Beidou Studies
In Kunlun, Li Xian'er reached Dao Palace Great Perfection, underwent further Transformative Rebirths, tempered her body with the Red Dust Tribulation method, and fought Ancient Beasts to gain combat experience. After arriving at the Seven Stars Dao Field, she lived at Purple Heaven Palace and later trained under Duan De. 451 466 474
Reincarnation Path
Though she initially advanced to Immortal Two at a remarkable pace, Li Xian'er accepted Li Zhi's warning that her foundation needed work. She later self-severed and created the Great Law of Human World Reincarnation, making repeated rebirth the foundation of her independent cultivation path. 491 571
Later Journeys
Li Xian'er traveled the Human Ancient Road, explored the universe, and repeatedly returned to Li Zhi's Dao Field for further reincarnation cycles. She remained active in major events around Ziwei and the Nine Heavens Kingdom, cared for Li Zhi during his recovery from his failed attempt to replace Heaven's Will, and brought him news of Ye Fan's destruction of the Divine Ruins and Immortal Mound. 618 644 678
Search for the Desolate Heaven Emperor
Seeking a solution to Li Zhi's later predicament, Li Xian'er traveled with Little Shi to find the Desolate Heaven Emperor's incarnations. The Desolate Heaven Emperor refused to solve Li Zhi's problem directly, telling her that Li Zhi must find his own answer rather than walk another's path. 928
