"Is this your home in Tonglin County?" After touring the Lu Residence, Lin Wan looked at Lu Zheng with an utterly strange expression.
"Yep. What do you think?" Lu Zheng raised a brow.
"You landlord tycoon, you really know how to enjoy yourself!" Lin Wan complained. "You just got yourself a huge flat in Sea City, and you've already acquired a whole courtyard estate in Tonglin County!"
Lu Zheng's residence had originally been four separate courtyards. He had bought them all, opened them up, and renovated them into one. There were little bridges over flowing water, pavilions and towers, even a stable with two horses. Its size was plain to see.
Lin Wan pursed her lips. "I want a room too!"
Lu Zheng smiled. "What do you need a room for? Can't you just share one with me?"
Lin Wan shot him a sidelong look. "What about when Qing Yan gets here? The three of us together?"
"Cough, cough!" Lu Zheng gave a dry cough. "Then take the side room beside the master bedroom. No need to prepare a separate courtyard for you."
Lin Wan nodded. "Let's go! Clean up my room!"
Having only just returned, Liu Qingyan stayed at Renxin Hall because the weather was turning cooler and there were more patients. Shen Ying had gone back to Peach Blossom Glade first, leaving only Si Lingxi and Lin Wan to return home with Lu Zheng.
