Golden Core is the realm beyond Foundation Establishment, formed when the liquefied magic power in a Foundation Establishment Peak cultivator's Spiritual Sea condenses into a solid spiritual-energy crystal. This crystal is the Golden Core. 207

Condensation process
- A gray-white, irregular crystal first forms at the center of the Spiritual Sea. 215
