Background
A Great Accomplishment Saint Body is the completed state of the Sacred Body physique. In the Ancient Desolate Era, Sacred Bodies were favored by heaven and earth: they cultivated rapidly, possessed extraordinary physical strength, and wielded exceptionally vigorous Blood Essence. 3
The conventional route to Great Accomplishment requires reaching the ninth heaven of the Quasi-Emperor realm and re-cultivating the five great secret realms of the human body. A bearer at this level can contend with Supreme Beings through immense physical power and endurance. 39 162
Nine Great Accomplishment Saint Bodies successively fought against the Great Dark Upheavals in an era without Human Great Emperors. Their lineage became a persistent enemy of the Forbidden Zones of Life, whose Supreme Beings feared the appearance of another completed Sacred Body. 28 33
The lineage bears a curse attributed to the Underworld’s Supreme Beings. It brings misfortune in old age and contributes to the decline of Sacred Bodies whose Blood Essence and lifespan have run dry. 65
Appearance
A Great Accomplishment Saint Body is marked by overwhelming Blood Essence and a physique described as comparable to an Emperor-path powerhouse. Its presence can distort the battlefield before it even attacks. 3 32
- Golden blood and radiance — Pure Sacred Body blood is golden; Great Accomplishment Saint Bodies can erupt with golden light and blood qi that pierces the heavens. 30 70
- Towering, majestic bearing — Li Quan’s frail, hunched appearance vanished when he fought, replaced by an upright figure likened to a spear piercing the heavens. 2
- Overwhelming aura — Their Blood Essence can blanket the sky, shake the universe, and exert pressure on powerful opponents from a distance. 14 27
- Age-dependent condition — An aged bearer may appear withered and weakened despite retaining the ability to unleash terrifying combat power. 2 31
Abilities & Skills
Sacred Body Physique
At Great Accomplishment, the Sacred Body possesses a physical foundation capable of matching Supreme Beings without immediately falling behind.
- Re-cultivation of the five secret realms produces unparalleled physical strength and world-shaking Blood Essence. 39
- A completed Sacred Body enters the Emperor’s path even before formally proving Dao. 32
- Its massive reserves of Blood Essence allow it to outlast ancient opponents whose peak state cannot be maintained. 34 43
- A basic Great Accomplishment Saint Body may still struggle against a Supreme Being who undergoes extreme sublimation. 39
Blood Essence and Physical Reconstruction
Great Accomplishment Saint Bodies possess exceptional durability, recovery, and endurance in prolonged combat.
- Severe injuries can be survived through reconstruction of the physical body while Blood Essence remains vigorous. 27 59
- Yang Qing repeatedly reformed his body while fighting the Divine Ruins’ Supreme Beings and the Desolate Pagoda. 59
- Youthful Blood Essence is a decisive advantage against old Supremes forced to burn their remaining vitality. 59
Six Paths Reincarnation Fist
A peerless fist technique created by the progenitor of the Saint Body lineage and especially compatible with Sacred Body users. 5
- In the hands of the Saint Body lineage, its power is amplified to its fullest potential. 5
- Its unleashed force is described as capable of collapsing mountains, stirring seas, dimming the sun and moon, and shifting stars. 5
- Li Quan used it against two Supreme Beings while defending Yang Qing’s tribulation. 30 31
- Yang Qing used it alongside the Sky-Supporting Sword against the Undying Daoist and Divine Ruins’ Supremes. 37 58
Combat Adaptation
Yang Qing demonstrates an exceptional form of combat intuition associated with his path as a Great Accomplishment Saint Body.
- He improves his Dao, techniques, and combat state during life-or-death battles. 27 43
- Supreme Beings found that repeatedly injuring him did not secure victory; he continued to recover and grow stronger. 58 59
- This trait enabled him to defeat enemies whose peak strength initially matched or surpassed his own. 43
Dao-Breaking Potential
Historically, Sacred Bodies were believed unable to prove Dao and become Emperors due to heavenly restrictions. 39 62
- Yang Qing shattered the Heavenly Heart Seal and proved Dao, becoming the first documented Great Accomplishment Saint Body to overcome this restriction. 62 64
- Li Quan later repeated the feat after Yang Qing restored his lifespan and renewed the potential of his five secret realms. 104 106 108
- Yang Qing subsequently severed the Heaven and Earth Rules that prevented Sacred Bodies in the Post-Ancient Desolate Era from cultivating beyond the Four Extremities Realm. 140
