Hyuga Kagami seized the Gelel Ore Vein, helped Shion absorb Moryo, and began gathering the power and tools he needed for a future ritual. As Orochimaru sought Uzumaki masks to undo the Reaper Death Seal, Kagami discovered that Orochimaru had already stolen the records from the clan’s hidden vault.

• Sasuke shattered Hyde’s Gelel Stone, but Nagato trapped the Konoha team in a forest of vines until Neji unleashed Ryumyaku power and drove the trees back.
• The Gelel Ore Vein flooded the underground palace with healing crystal liquid, and Hyuga Kagami arrived as Yama, drove Nagato away, calmed the vein, and extracted Hyde’s memories.
• Hyuga Kagami exposed Hyde’s crimes, helped Timsy defeat him, and transported the Gelel Ore Vein to the Aerial Fortress.
• Hyuga Kagami revealed his identity and undeath to Shion, trained her in Miko power and Sealing Jutsu, and watched as she absorbed Moryo and made it her cage.

Hyuga Kagami and Shion dealt with Orochimaru’s attempt to free the Nine-Tails and Disonas’s rampaging Heavenly Spear while Akatsuki revived the Ten-Tails. As the threat grew, Hyuga Kagami prepared to reunite the Nine-Tails and advance his ritual, but Naruto was ambushed before he could receive its other half.

• Orochimaru accepted Shion’s offer of the Reaper Mask, released the Fourth Hokage’s soul, and summoned him with Impure World Reincarnation so they could free the Nine-Tails.
• Shion sealed the Nine-Tails and returned to Hyuga Kagami, who gave her the bell artifact containing its chakra and told her to train for real combat.
• Karin and Shion tested their sealing techniques on the Nine-Tails, and Karin used Planetary Devastation after controlling it with her Rinnegan.
• Hyuga Kagami investigated the Giant Pit as Disonas activated the Heavenly Spear, and its red beam summoned storms that devastated the surrounding land.

Hyuga Kagami prepared Naruto, Sasuke, and his allies for the Ten-Tails’ threat while the Five Great Shinobi Villages mobilized against Akatsuki. The war began with Madara’s appearance, reanimated enemies attacking the allied forces, and Orochimaru summoning the First, Second, and Fourth Hokage.

• Naruto reunited the Yin and Yang Nine-Tails under Hyuga Kagami’s guidance, while Kagami arranged First Hokage cell transplants for Sasuke and prepared new Biological Armor.
• Obito absorbed the Ten-Tails and declared himself its Jinchuriki, prompting Akatsuki to declare war on the Five Great Shinobi Villages.
• The Five Kage formed the Allied Shinobi Forces, while Kakashi assembled a team to protect Naruto and secretly search for the missing Hyuga Kagami.

Kagami rescued Neji and redirected the defense of Konoha, then his allies confronted Madara while the other Kage watched from a distance.

• Orochimaru and Yakushi Kabuto told the resurrected Hokage that Akatsuki had started the war, besieged Konoha with revived Kage, and that Hyuga Kagami had disappeared.
• Madara Uchiha overwhelmed the Allied Shinobi Forces, fought the Five Kage, and used a gigantic meteorite against their defenses.
• Jiraiya stayed behind to fight the resurrected Kage, but Sasuke, Naruto, and Neji arrived and battled them alongside the Six Paths of Pain and tailed-beast cloaked Jinchuriki.
