The Witch Workshop was in a rather remote location, on the northern side of District 130. The whole district was sparsely populated, with agriculture and animal husbandry as its main industries.
From the list of materials Su Xiao had provided, Lady Silver had apparently deduced that he intended to make explosives. Combined with his precedent of detonating two "Sun Saint Swords" on the Arcane Star, she had prepared a Witch Workshop for him here.
Every district in Moon Ring City had a teleportation tower. Su Xiao naturally did not mind the workshop's remote location and headed there that very night.

Su Xiao dragged a specially made glass pillar with one hand. It was fifteen centimeters thick and fifty centimeters tall, containing a pale-golden solution tinged with orange-yellow. If some of the solution were poured out, it would have a slightly semiliquid, viscous texture.
There were ten containers in total, all filled with highly compressed liquid Apollo. This special liquid Apollo was extremely stable. It could not even be remotely detonated with mental power; only powerful impact combined with violent collision could set it off.
