The bright moon hung high in the sky. The land, ravaged by the spread of war, looked even more desolate. A giant tree stood beneath the moonlight, its long branches stretching in every direction, with white, cocoon-like objects hanging beneath them.
Eight enormous earthen-colored stone spheres floated silently above the giant tree. Each sphere sealed away a tailed beast.

Ye Zi met Orochimaru's gaze but did not respond to his comment. Instead, he said calmly, "I promised Kushina that when I revived Kotoha and the others, I would bring a few more people back along with them."
"Is that really necessary?" Orochimaru's eyes narrowed slightly. This would be quite troublesome.
