Arc 9The Siege of Asgard

Russell gave Eileen a Spider Totem and helped her adjust to her new powers while Asgard came under attack from an alliance of realms. After Sif reported Heimdall’s death and Asgard’s siege, the Avengers prepared to defend Earth, but Kurse’s fleet attacked Washington D.C.

  • Russell recognized the two escaped Watchers at the Halloween party, forgave their overdue payment, and asked for ways to strengthen an apostle.
  • Sandman attacked people in Queens, but Gwen used Luminescent White Energy to overpower him before Russell discovered that the Spider Totem had chosen him.
