Aoba put all his strength into one final headbutt, but a palm easily intercepted it.
"That's enough. The winner has been decided."
"Itachi, you lost."
Shisui had appeared out of nowhere. He blocked Aoba's headbutt with one hand, then casually gave him two pats before separating the two of them.
Seeing that Shisui had finally come out, Aoba couldn't help but sigh in relief. He then canceled Hardening, dropped onto the ground, and gasped for fresh air.
He had discovered through Perception Eye long ago that someone was hiding nearby, and there was a high chance that person was from the Uchiha clan.
That was why he had deliberately made several "rebellious" remarks at the beginning. However, he had failed to draw the other party out, so he guessed that the person who had quietly followed them was probably Shisui, who had been worried about him.
As it turned out, his guess had been correct.
