Chen Qing is a long-term Rogue Cultivator resident of Suiyang Immortal Market. Seeking Spirit Stones, she trades her unrefined Peach Mountain Seal to Chen Ganliu for two low-quality Spirit Stones. 10 11

Her business is threatened when Chen Ganliu begins refining Jade Talismans.
