After a burst of laughter, the originally bizarre atmosphere became livelier, but everyone's eyes remained fixed on Ronglin.
"Cough, cough!!"
Tsunade knew everyone wanted to ask but found it difficult to broach the subject, so she had to take the lead. With a light cough, she looked at Ronglin and asked, "Where have you been all this time? And your..."
Tsunade raised a slender finger and pointed up and down at Ronglin while scrutinizing him. What she really wanted to ask was why he had not changed at all in ten years.

Tsunade thought she had misheard him. Eat slugs? Who would eat something so disgusting?
She opened her mouth to answer, but suddenly realized something. Her eyes widened as she stared at Ronglin in disbelief, left speechless.
"Jiraiya, do you eat roasted toads?"
With Tsunade at a loss for words, Ronglin turned to Jiraiya.
"Can you not disgust me? Just say whatever it is you want to say."
Though his Summoned Beasts were toads, and Sage Mode gave him some toad-like traits, Jiraiya would never eat toads. Just thinking about it made him sick. Braised slugs, roasted toads—were those things even edible?
Leaning back in his chair, Ronglin sighed and said ruefully, "Aren't you all curious where I went?"
Everyone nodded in unison. Though they knew it was related to certain places, aside from Tsunade, Jiraiya, and a few others, the rest were completely in the dark.
"I got screwed over by that damned Great Toad and that slug!!! Damn it, some place left behind by the Sage of Six Paths, supposedly worth looking forward to—my ass!!!"
But to everyone's astonishment, Ronglin, after pausing for a few seconds, suddenly exploded.
