"You know what he's like. I probably won't be welcome around him anymore either. It really is easy to disappoint someone, but repairing that relationship is never easy."

Minato bowed slightly in apology. Tsunade shook her head, signaling that he did not need to apologize. This had been inevitable.
Jiraiya accompanied Bunta back to Mount Myōboku, while everyone else returned to their posts and went back to doing what they needed to do in the village.
When Bunta and Jiraiya returned to Mount Myōboku, Bunta's injuries immediately shocked the toads there.
Fortunately, after an examination and treatment, the Great Toads finally breathed a sigh of relief. Bunta's injuries looked serious, but they were mostly superficial wounds and would heal quickly. They would only hinder his movements at first—and make things rather miserable for Bunta.
No smoking, no drinking, and even eating a feast of insects required extreme caution.

Inside the Toad Sage's residence on Mount Myōboku, Jiraiya knelt on one knee, deeply apologetic.
Jiraiya had always respected the Toad Sage. He invariably knelt on one knee before him as a sign of respect.

The Toad Sage, now incomparably ancient, shook his head slightly.
"Actually, if venting his anger could help him let everything go, then I would support Uchiha Ronglin's actions. What a pity."
This was beyond Jiraiya's expectations. He had thought that the Great Toads of Mount Myōboku would angrily roar about seeking trouble with Ronglin, yet they showed no reaction at all—not even the Toad Sage.
It gave Jiraiya the feeling that he and Minato had tried to do a good deed, only to make things worse.
