Standing beside Ronglin, Itachi and Kimimaro's mouths twitched as they silently nodded.
He made it sound as though he himself was not part of the Five Great Shinobi Villages. Once the war began, there would certainly be heavy losses, yet Ronglin still had the mood to watch the show, utterly unconcerned about the village's losses.
"Damn! That's insane! How many people are they trying to blow up?!"
Suddenly, Ronglin, whose eyesight was the sharpest, spotted some tiny white dots rapidly flying toward Kumogakure and let out an exaggerated cry.

Inside the conference room of the Raikage's Office Building, Ōnoki was voicing his opinion when he suddenly sensed something. The expressions of all fourteen people froze as they realized what was happening, and he shouted:

The moment his words fell, several white birds rapidly approached the Raikage's Office Building. A series of deafening explosions rang out, and the entire building trembled and swayed. Cries of alarm and screams erupted everywhere.
The suddenly attacked Raikage's Office Building instantly descended into chaos.
Several large holes had been blasted through the conference room walls, and every window had shattered. Everyone's expressions changed as they realized something was wrong.
