After hearing Tsunade's words, Katsuyu breathed a sigh of relief and immediately began splitting her body apart, turning into tiny slugs that headed for every corner of Kumogakure.
As long as they encountered an injured ninja, they would immediately leap onto them and help treat their wounds. Fortunately, everyone knew that Katsuyu was the Summoned Beast of Konoha's Fifth Hokage, Tsunade, so no one panicked. Otherwise, Katsuyu's direct approach might have scared people.

Ronglin sat atop a tall building, watching Katsuyu and several giant toads bustling about. The corners of his mouth lifted slightly, but he made no drastic move.
Itachi and Kimimaro watched Ronglin, both wanting to know whether he would take action now that Katsuyu and the giant toads had appeared.
However, to their disappointment, Ronglin did nothing. He merely continued watching the show.
All the surrounding houses and buildings had collapsed, yet the one Ronglin stood on remained stubbornly upright. It looked rather strange.

Once Chakra was overdrawn, it would drain Nagato's life force. That was only possible because Nagato possessed the Uzumaki Clan's physique. If it were anyone else, they would have been dead long ago.
The Rinnegan was not so easy to use, nor was the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path so easy to control.
Though they were partners, Nagato greatly disliked Obito's interrogative tone. Even Konan looked at Obito with displeasure.
