Though he worried that Caesar might be kidnapped by those people along the way, forced to research Devil Fruits, and never join him afterward, Jazz's safety was the top priority at the moment. Besides, Caesar had agreed with Ronglin's decision.
So Ronglin activated Inazuma mode at full speed all the way. With his powerful Observation Haki spread out, he returned to the harbor, asked for directions, and raced over. Before long, he detected Jazz and the others' auras on the sea.
