By the time Ronglin and the others arrived, the Star Alliance's Fourth Fleet was already assembled and awaiting orders. Many of them were seeing Ronglin for the first time. Seeing the Alliance Leader whose name had recently spread far and wide across the New World, quite a few showed excited expressions.
