Along the way, there were quite a few strongholds planted by the Star Alliance. However, relying on their formidable combat strength, the BIGMOM Pirates blasted apart the troops stationed along the canal and charged straight toward the conference venue.
The BIGMOM Pirates' massive fleet ran rampant as it sailed inland. The enormous Star River waterway was completely occupied by their warships, and every defensive force the Star Alliance had stationed along the route was dismantled by the BIGMOM Pirates. This made the members under the Four Emperors even more arrogant.
All along the way, the pirates sang and danced aboard their ships, looking as though they had already defeated the Star Alliance. Some were even discussing how to divide this enormous cake once they captured the Ashil Kingdom and wiped out the Star Alliance.

A deafening cannon blast interrupted the pirates' discussion.
In the distance, the enormous circular conference venue came into view. Like a colossal beast, it stood in the middle of a vast artificial lake spanning dozens of miles. The waters of the Star River had been drawn in from the sea and poured into this enormous artificial lake.
At the entrance to this huge artificial lake, a row of warships stood ready in tight formation—the Star Alliance First Fleet.
On the lead warship at the center, two massive figures stood side by side, staring coldly at the invaders. The icy chill they gave off carried an utterly indifferent gleam, freezing the BIGMOM Pirates' previously heated atmosphere.
"Is that Jinbe? And Gecko Moria?!" someone recognized the two men blocking their path.
The former Seven Warlords of the Sea had once been far too renowned. Even though they had now been stripped of their titles, the imposing aura emanating from them still weighed heavily on everyone's hearts.
