A chill shot straight to Blackbeard's head. He watched his arm burn away bit by bit beneath Ronglin's elemental gleams, then watched Ronglin snap his hand apart. Yet because the Time-Time Technique had infinitely delayed time, Blackbeard could not feel any pain. This silent, painless torment drove him even more insane.
