Hyuga Hiashi would not conceal such matters. It was something that could be cleared up with a simple inquiry, so there was no need to hide it.
"I understand. Take him to change clothes."
Tsunade nodded and had Shizune take Kimimaro to change while she prepared to examine him.
Even Tsunade was rather puzzled as to why Ronglin had gone all the way to bring back someone from the Kaguya clan.
